Hotel Description

Dimi Apartments is a well-maintained accommodation located in a quiet location in the family resort of Metamorfosi, close to the beach. The accommodation units at its disposal are extremely comfortable and spacious, fully equipped with functional and comfortable furniture, and hygiene is at a high level.

Accommodation is located near the center of a small but picturesque village of Metamorfosi, about 300m away from the narrow, sandy-pebble beach. Near the building is a well-kept park with paved paths, palm trees, tall pine trees and toys for the youngest. All of the contents - several taverns, pizzerias, cafes, bakeries and grocery and souvenir stores, you can find in less than five minutes of easy walking (in a diameter of about 200m). For larger purchases, there is a supermarket Lidl (and several others) in Nikiti (about 7km).

It offers three quintuple apartments for rent - one on the ground floor (No. 1) and two on the first floor (No. 2 and No. 3). Apartment no. 2 is currently not available for online reservations.

All apartments are equipped in an identical way - in the living room with fully equipped kitchen and dining room they have a sofa bed, in one of the bedrooms there is a double bed, while in the other separate bedroom there are bunk beds. The kitchen is equipped with a large stove with oven, a large refrigerator with freezer and a kettle, while the bathrooms have glass shower cabins.

Each apartment has two exits to a spacious private balcony equipped with table and chairs overlooking the yard, blinds, WiFi internet, TV and air conditioning, as well as a hair dryer. A baby cot is available on request, and pets are not allowed. Bed linen and towels are changed after five nights, and guests take care of the hygiene of the accommodation unit during their stay.

The accommodation has a spacious fenced yard with lots of greenery and a vegetable garden, as well as private parking lot with enough space for all guests.

If you are coming from the direction of Thessaloniki - after turning off the main road in Metamorfosi (at the main crossroad), continue straight, then at the pharmacy (on your right) turn left and then into the first street on the right (which leads you to the building).

If you need a neat, decent, and very affordable and well-equipped accommodation in a pleasant environment and within walking distance of all the contents of the resort - Dimi Apartments can be a good choice for you.

The accommodation is exceptionally comfortable, and the location is excellent. Everything we requested for the kitchen (mixer, toaster, rolling pin...) was provided immediately :)

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
