Description
Accommodation Nikitas House is located in the center of the small and peaceful Metamorfosi, about 400 meters away from the narrow, sandy-pebbly beach. All the amenities that this family place offers, several taverns, pizzerias, cafes, bakeries, and a few shops selling various goods and souvenirs, can be found just a few minutes' walk away. For larger shopping, you have at your disposal the Lidl supermarket (and several others) in Nikiti (7-8km away).
The offer includes two four-bed apartments, one five-bed apartment, one three-bed apartment, and one three-bed studio.
Apartment No.1 is located on the high ground floor and can accommodate up to four people. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. In the bedroom, there is a double bed and bunk beds. The bathroom has a shower cabin without a curtain. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with three burners and a small oven, a kettle, a toaster, and all the necessary utensils. There are two balconies equipped with seating.
Apartment No.2 is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to three adults and two children. It consists of a living room with a kitchen and a dining table, a bedroom, and a bathroom. In the bedroom, there is a double bed, while in the living room and kitchen area, there are two single beds and a sofa for one person. The bathroom has a shower cabin without a curtain. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with four burners and a large oven, a kettle, a toaster, and all the necessary utensils. There are two balconies equipped with seating.
Apartment No.3 is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to four people. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. In the bedroom, there is a double bed, and another one within the kitchen area. The bathroom has a shower cabin without a curtain. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with two burners, a kettle, a toaster, and all the necessary utensils. There are two balconies equipped with seating.
Apartment No.4 is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to three people. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. In the bedroom, there is a double bed and a single bed. The bathroom has a shower cabin without a curtain. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with three burners and a small oven, a kettle, a toaster, and all the necessary utensils. There are two balconies equipped with seating.
Studio No.5 is located on the second floor and can accommodate up to three people. It consists of a double bed, a single bed, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The bathroom has a shower cabin without a curtain. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with three burners and a small oven, a kettle, a toaster, and all the necessary utensils. There is one balcony equipped with seating.
All units are air-conditioned, and guests have access to free WiFi internet, TV, mosquito nets, and a hairdryer.
In the well-kept and beautifully maintained courtyard, guests can enjoy preparing barbecues with family and friends.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation for an extra charge (5 eur/day).
Cleaning and change of bed linen and towels are done every five days.
There is no private parking, but free parking space can easily be found in front of the accommodation itself.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
