Owner description
Nikitas House is located in the village of Metamorfosis on Halkidiki, 400m away from the beach.
There are two types of accommodation units available.
Apartment No.1 is situated on the high ground floor and can accommodate up to four people. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom features a double bed and bunk beds.
Apartment No.2 is located on the first floor and can accommodate a maximum of three adults and two children. It comprises a living room with a kitchen and a dining table, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed and two single beds, while the living room includes a sofa for one person.
Apartment No.3 is situated on the first floor and can accommodate up to four people. It includes a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom offers a double bed, while the living room has a double bed as well.
Apartment No.4 is located on the first floor and can accommodate a maximum of three people. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom features a double bed, while the living room has a single bed.
Studio No.5 is situated on the second floor and can accommodate up to three people. It includes a double bed, a single bed, a kitchen, and a bathroom.
Within this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi, a TV, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, and a kitchen equipped with a stove with two, three, or four burners, a small or large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, and a toaster. The bathroom features a shower tray with no curtain.
On warm summer days, with a panoramic sea view, guests can relax on the balcony furnished with seating.
In the well-maintained and beautifully landscaped garden, guests can enjoy barbecue preparations with family and friends.
Small pets are allowed in this accommodation.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay, while bed linen and towels are changed every five days.
There is no private parking, but free parking spots can easily be found in front of the accommodation itself.
Nikitas House is located 7km away from Nikiti and 81.5km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
