Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

It is perfect for those seeking comfort, peace, and a practical base for exploring Sithonia throughout the year.
The property consists of two spacious units for larger families or groups of friends looking for comfort and functionality during their vacation.
The apartment on the first floor can accommodate up to six adults. It comprises a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has two single beds, and the living room has two single sofas.
The apartment on the second floor can accommodate up to five adults and has the same room structure as the apartment on the lower floor. One bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has two single beds, and the living room has a single sofa.
Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot is available.
