The studio is located on the ground floor of the building and offers a simply organized space for a practical stay during your vacation, with a kitchenette and a bathroom providing guests with basic functionality. It is designed for three adults, equipped with a double bed and a single bed, perfect for families or smaller groups looking for simple and practical accommodation.

Although more modestly equipped, the studio provides guests with all basic amenities for a functional and pleasant stay. Air conditioning ensures a comfortable temperature during warmer days, while WiFi and a Smart TV with apps for favorite content are available for relaxation. Guests also have a kitchenette equipped with a ceramic hob with two zones, a refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The kitchen is suitable for preparing drinks and simpler meals but is not intended for more demanding cooking. For added convenience, a hair dryer is provided.

Everything is within reach. We warmly recommend it because the hostess Limuni is very nice too. My opinion is that the studio is for 1 or 2 people. It is cramped for 3 people or more. We stayed with a 5-year-old child and a baby and managed, but it is cramped; it is more for a couple. The yard is great, there is shade. There is parking.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
