There are two units available.

One apartment is situated on the high ground floor and can accommodate up to seven adults. It consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, three bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other two bedrooms are furnished with two single beds each. In the living room, there is a sofa for one person.

The second apartment is spread over two levels, the first floor and the attic, and can accommodate up to ten adults. On the lower level, on the first floor, there is a living room with kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has two single beds, and the living room has two sofas for one person each. On the upper level, in the attic, there are two more bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other bedroom has two single beds.

The air-conditioned units feature free WiFi, TV, a hairdryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with a four-ring stove and large oven, microwave, large fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster.

From the balconies, equipped with a table and chairs, guests can enjoy a panoramic view of the sea and the courtyard. Guests also have access to a landscaped courtyard with seating area and a barbecue space.

Pets are allowed in this accommodation, with prior arrangement and an additional fee.

Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for their own hygiene during their stay. An extra set of towels and bed linen is available, and guests are responsible for their change. There is a mandatory cleaning service after guests check out, which is charged separately.

Policies

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
