Our description

Rania House in Neos Marmaras offers spacious, very neat and air-conditioned studios and apartments. The size of the accommodation units and the terraces, the fantastic sea view, the cleanliness and kindness of the owners are what Rania House makes a good choice for a nice family vacation, despite the modest equipment and a bit older furniture.

The house is located 190m from the city beach, about 100m from snack bars, taverns and shops, and about 460m from the center. The accommodation is on a steep uphill, surrounded by an enclosed yard with a grassy surface.

In the offer are eight accommodation units, two studios (30m2) for 2-3 persons, three apartments (45m2) for 3-4 persons and three apartments (80m2) for 4-6 people.

The studios have one double and a single bed or three single beds. Large apartments have three rooms (two are divided by a sliding door). There are two single beds in each room divided by a sliding door and another single bed is in the room that leads to the kitchen. There’s a bathtub in the very spacious bathroom of the duplex apartment, while the rest of the accommodation units have a bathroom with a shower and no shower tub. Small apartments have hotplates with two rings, a fridge and necessary dishes in the kitchen.

The accommodation units are air-conditioned, with TV, internet and a spacious terrace, except one on the ground floor which has space in the yard. The yard is fenced, well-arranged, with lawn and greenery. There’s no private parking, but two public parking lots are at 300m, one next to the main road and the other behind the stadium.

Following the main street towards the city stadium and the beach, on the second square, on the left side of the Alcano tavern continue 125m upstairs, turn left after 20m and you’ll be in front of Rania House.

Owners description

We are situated at the magnificent N. Marmaras in Halkidiki, which combines absolute serenity with nightlife, the blue sea with mountains and green. Our big rooms and apartments have elegant furniture and are fully equipped with their own kitchen, bathroom, refrigerator, TV, air-condition and free internet.

All rooms have balconies with a panoramic view of the mountain and the sea, which is only 120m away, as well as the famous hotel complex Porto Carras. The beach is beautiful with wonderful sand and cool beach bars. At the front side of Rania House, there is a beautiful garden with flowers and trees.

We offer studios and apartments:

  • With two rooms (four beds) 45sqm
  • With three rooms (4-6 beds) 80sqm

Cancellation and payment policy

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.
