The apartments are excellent, the house is beautiful, and it is located near the sea... the rooms are clean, and the staff is exceptionally friendly.

Comfortable, perfectly positioned, it has literally everything. A 6m kitchen with an oven, a button, a kettle, an espresso machine and cartridges, and a filter coffee maker. Fully equipped with everything you might have (and perhaps even what you don’t) at home. We are not the type to prepare our own meals while on vacation, but it is lovely that the exceptionally kind hosts thought of everything, even the details. The cleanliness is commendable; it is cleaned every day, the trash is taken out, and every second or third day the linens, towels, and kitchen cloths are changed. The terrace, the view, literally everything is without any complaints or shortcomings. Parking is provided. The price is quite reasonable, considering what we have seen for that amount. This accommodation is worth every cent.

The hygiene and maintenance of the room are at a very high standard. Nearby, there is a private mini beach for guests, and sun loungers are available as stated in the accommodation description. Access to the main road is easy without winding through city streets, and it opens up a path to your favorite beaches in Sithonia, which gives Nikiti an excellent position for those who prefer a varied holiday. Regarding the "seaside view" from the rooms on the second floor, the view is splendid, and you can enjoy complimentary sunsets. The accommodation is quite safe, and all praise goes to the staff's friendliness.

We cannot find enough beautiful words to describe our stay at Summer House. The property is situated in an excellent location, with a lovely beach just 100 steps or 50 meters away. The service is impeccable, and the staff is exceptionally courteous. The maintenance of the property is done daily and thoroughly. Whatever you need, they are all at your disposal, and they do not burden you with anything, allowing you to feel at home; of course, we treated it as if it were our own. The accommodation is excellent, clean, and tidy, situated in a very good location. Virginia is very kind and always ready to assist. From our side, we have nothing but praise for the accommodation. However, what we did not like was that we allegedly booked a room with a sea view, but received a room that only has a side view of the sea. I believe this is something that should be emphasized during the booking process by Nikana, so that guests are not unpleasantly surprised when they arrive and find that they did not receive what was promised and what they booked.

Peaceful, tidy, friendly, and clean... However, what is beyond the owner's control is not so. The beach is dirty and untidy... The entrance to the sea is rocky. There is a lack of sunbeds.

The accommodation is perfect. The beach is about 50 meters away, and as stated in the description, umbrellas and sunbeds are freely available in abundance. The sea is exquisite, beautiful, and calm. There is also plenty of parking space. The rooms are tidy, with the staff cleaning daily, taking out the trash, and washing the bathrooms. Bed linens and towels are changed every third day. The receptionists are very kind and eager to introduce you to the local attractions and beaches. We visited the old Nikiti, which enchanted us with its tranquility and the soul that Mediterranean villages possess. We enjoyed sipping coffee in the shade of the pines, surrounded by tourists and local bohemians.

We spent a delightful 10 days at Summer House Nikiti. The accommodation was excellent, featuring a side view of the sea. The ladies at the reception were incredibly kind and eager to assist with everything we inquired about. We were truly impressed when we returned in the afternoon from swimming to find our apartment tidy and very well organized. What particularly amazed my 10-year-old daughter was that every morning, before we left the apartment, she wrote on a piece of paper "Hello, I am Andjela" and always left a €5 tip next to it. When we returned in the afternoon, the cleaning ladies had written "Hello" and drawn smiles and hearts on the paper, and they placed two of my daughter's dolls on the bed as if they were sitting, with the paper featuring the heart drawings in between. The clothes we left scattered on the bed were always neatly arranged. All praise goes to the staff. Nikiti is a lovely place for an evening outing, filled with beautiful restaurants and taverns. We always chose nearby beaches, and one day we even visited Ammouliani Island.

The Summer House apartments are situated in an excellent quiet location, not far from the center of Nikiti. Just about 50 meters away is a small beach that can serve you when you don't feel like going to one of the famous beaches of Sithonia. The double studio we stayed in was sufficiently spacious for the two of us with a small child. The biggest complaint concerns the kitchen's equipment, as there were only two forks, no cutting board, and just one tiny coffee cup, among other things. Although intensive cooking is not allowed in the apartments, the kitchen's facilities are still inadequate.
