Our description
Petunia Hotel is located on a hill above one of the squares in Neos Marmaras, close to the city center. The building is not quite new, but it's in good condition and regularly maintained. It belongs to the category of small and affordable hotels in the immediate vicinity of all touristic contents.
The city beach is at 500m, while the Paradissos beach is just over 1,5km away. The city center and a rich tourist offer, as well as bakeries and markets, are about 200m away from the accommodation.
In total there are 18 accommodation units - double rooms with one double or two single beds and triple rooms with one double or two single beds and a sofa bed. Rooms are air-conditioned, with WiFi internet, TV, mini fridge, hot water 24/7 and a private balcony with sitting furniture. Replacement of bed linen and towels is done at half of the stay.
There's a reception desk, bar, breakfast room and a TV room available in the hotel. There's no courtyard, but private parking is provided.
The easiest way to get to the hotel is to turn right from the main road at the second entrance to Neos Marmaras from the direction of Nikiti.
Petunia Hotel could be a good choice for guests requiring accommodation in vicinity to all content and events, whether they are family people, couples, or the youth looking for entertainment.

At the middle peninsula of Halkidiki, in the center of the beautiful town of Neos Marmaras, we have found the comfortable and lovely hotel Petunia, so we can offer you the traditional Greek hospitality.
Our hotel consists of 18 rooms equipped with air condition, bathroom, small fridge, hot water, TV, radio, telephone and WiFi internet.
At your disposal, there is a breakfast area, where every morning you can have your breakfast, whereas every night you can enjoy your favourite drink. This area can also be used as a conference room for company meetings. Also, you can relax or watch TV at our comfortable salon.
At a distance of 100m, there is the local beach, where you can enjoy swimming or hire a boat and visit the golden beaches of Halkidiki.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 30 days prior arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Dear Accomodation! We would like to stay at your hotel from 09.09.2024-15.09.2024. The guests would be around 50 people. Including adults and teenagers. Also we need for a big terrace where we can play board games and we can talk during the night. Thank you, Barbi
