Accommodation description

The Petunia Hotel is situated on a hill above one of the squares of Neos Marmaras, near the strict center of the city. The building is of older construction, but is in good condition and is regularly maintained. It belongs to the category of smaller and more affordable hotels in the immediate vicinity of all tourist facilities.

City Beach is 500m away, while Paradise Beach is located just over 1.5km away. The city center and rich tourist offer, as well as bakeries and supermarkets, are about 200m away from the accommodation.

The hotel offers double rooms with one double or two single beds and triple rooms with one double bed and a single bed or three single beds. The rooms are air-conditioned, have WiFi internet, TV, a small refrigerator, hot water ²⁴⁄₇, and a private balcony with seating area. Bed linen and towels are changed halfway through the stay.

Guests have at their disposal a reception, bar, breakfast room, and TV room within the hotel. There is no courtyard, but a private parking is provided.

There is an additional charge for pets, which are allowed only with prior agreement with the owner.

The easiest way to reach the hotel is by turning right from the main road coming from Nikiti at the second entrance to Neos Marmaras.

Petunia Hotel could be a good choice for guests in need of accommodation in the immediate vicinity of all amenities and events, whether they are families, couples, or young people looking for entertainment.

Thank you very much for managing to provide us with accommodation; we had a wonderful time. The only downside was that we didn't have a coffee maker or a single glass in the accommodation, so we had to purchase everything ourselves.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 30 days prior arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
