Hotel Description
Agapi House is located in the city center and most attractive part of Neos Marmaras. It is a well-maintained and tidy accommodation that offers four units with a capacity of up to four people, some of which have a fantastic view of the square and the sea.
The city beach is about 500m away, while the Paradissos beach is 2km away. In the immediate vicinity, there are numerous pastry shops, pizzerias, gyro places, taverns, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, and stores.
The accommodation consists of one double room, two triple studios, and one quadruple studio. All units are on the second floor.
Triple studios have one double and one single bed and face the back of the building, towards the street. In one studio, the kitchen is inside, while in the other, it is outside on the terrace.
The quadruple studio features one double bed and a sofa for two. The kitchen is located on the terrace with a sea view.
The double room is a two-level unit. The lower level (second floor) is only the entrance, with stairs leading to the gallery. The gallery has one double bed and no kitchen, only a fridge. This unit also overlooks the sea and the square.
All units are air-conditioned, have internet, TV, and mosquito nets.
The kitchens in the studios are equipped with a stove with two burners, a small fridge, and utensils.
In the bathrooms of all units, there is a shower cabin with a curtain.
The accommodation does not have a yard, and cars can be parked on the street behind the building.
Cleaning of the units and changing of bed linen and towels are done midway through the stay if the reservation lasts 7-10 nights, while for a longer stay, it is done twice.

If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
