Our description
Paris Apartments is a completely renovated accommodation facility, located in the immediate vicinity of the beautiful city sandy beach and the stadium in Neos Marmaras. It is a very functional four-story accommodation unit - comfortable, tidy, and fully equipped. The entire house is rented to one family, so the guests of this facility enjoy a pleasant sense of privacy.
The facility is located less than 300m away from the beach, and at a similar distance, just a few minutes' walk away, is the town center with shops, bars, restaurants, stores, bakeries, pastry shops, and all amenities - both for daytime entertainment and evening outings and nightlife.
The facility (130m2) has the following rooms spread over four levels: three bedrooms with their own bathrooms, an additional bathroom and toilet, two kitchens, and three balconies (10m2) with a partial side view of the sea.
On the ground floor, where the entrance to the accommodation is, there is a living room with a dining area and kitchen, a toilet, and a balcony. Below that, there are two more levels and one above. It is a cascading construction so that no lower floor is a basement, but has a normal exit to the balcony.
The living room is equipped with a corner sofa, TV, and air conditioning.
On the upper floor, there are two spacious bedrooms with their own bathroom and access to the balcony, each of them having a double bed, TV, and air conditioning.
On the first lower floor, there is another spacious bedroom with a balcony, a double bed, TV, and air conditioning, as well as a small storage room where cleaning supplies, a vacuum cleaner, and a washing machine are stored.
On the second lower floor, there is an additional living room with seating sets, a dining area and kitchen, an additional bathroom, and access to the backyard area (30m2).
Both kitchens are fully equipped with a large fridge with a freezer, a large oven, and a built-in ceramic hob with four burners, and there is also a microwave, a coffee maker, and a kettle available. The bathrooms have glass shower cabins and hairdryers.
The accommodation facility has mosquito nets, a baby cot, and WiFi internet. Cleaning is done every three to four days, and guests are responsible for changing the linens and towels provided.
The house does not have a standard yard, but it has a fenced area on the top floor that guests can use for socializing and barbecuing. Cars can be parked on the street in front of the facility, and two public parking lots are also located about 300m away - one is next to the main road, and the other is behind the stadium.
You will find the accommodation in the third street to the right above the city stadium.
Paris Apartments is a pleasant, spacious, and well-maintained house, suitable for large families, groups of friends, and couples.

Paris Apartments is a fully renovated house (130m2) in Neos Marmaras, 700m from the sea. It has four air-conditioned levels and consists of three bedrooms with private bathroom, two more bathrooms, two kitchens and three balconies with a spectacular view over Neos Marmaras Bay and Porto Carras Hotel.
Ground floor: Two large bedrooms with a private bathroom and a balcony overlooking Marmaras Bay and Porto Carras Hotel.
First floor: Lounge, kitchen, bathroom and a balcony overlooking Marmaras Bay and Porto Carras Hotel.
Second floor: A large bedroom with a private bathroom and a balcony, as well as a room with washing machine.
Third floor: A bathroom with shower, lounge and a kitchen leading to a courtyard area.
The guests themselves take care of the cleanliness in the accommodation unit. They have at their disposal hygiene products, clean bed linen and towels.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 20 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
