Paris Apartments is a completely renovated accommodation facility, located in close proximity to the beautiful urban sandy beach and the stadium in Neos Marmaras. It is a highly functional four-story accommodation unit - comfortable, tidy, and fully equipped. The entire house is rented to one family, so the guests of this facility enjoy a pleasant sense of privacy.

The property is situated less than 300m away from the beach, and a similar distance away, just a few minutes of easy walking, is the town center with shops, bars, restaurants, stores, bakeries, pastry shops, and all amenities - both for daytime entertainment and evening outings and nightlife.

The property (130m2) features the following rooms spread across four levels: three bedrooms with their own bathrooms, an additional bathroom and toilet, two kitchens, as well as three balconies (10m2) with partial lateral sea views.

On the ground floor, where the entrance to the accommodation is located, there is a living room with a dining area and kitchen, a toilet, and a balcony. Below that, there are two more levels and one above. It is a cascading construction so that no lower floor is a basement, but it has a normal balcony exit.

The living room is furnished with a corner sofa, TV, and air conditioning.

On the upper floor, there are two spacious bedrooms with their own bathrooms and balconies, each of them equipped with a double bed, TV, and air conditioning.

On the first lower floor, there is another spacious bedroom with a balcony, a double bed, TV, and air conditioning, as well as a small storage room where cleaning supplies, a vacuum cleaner, and a washing machine are stored.

On the second lower floor, there is an additional living room with seating sets, a dining area, and a kitchen, an additional bathroom, as well as an exit to the courtyard area (30m2).

Both kitchens are fully equipped with a large fridge with a freezer, a large oven, and an induction hob with four rings, as well as a microwave, a coffee maker, and a kettle. The bathrooms feature glass shower cabins and hairdryers.

The accommodation facility has mosquito nets, a baby cot, and WiFi internet. Cleaning is done every three to four days, and guests are responsible for changing the bed linen and towels provided.

The house does not have a standard yard, but it has a fenced area on the top floor that guests can use for socializing and barbecuing. Cars can be parked on the street in front of the property, and there are also two public parking lots located about 300m away - one is next to the main road, and the other is behind the stadium.

Paris Apartments is a pleasant, spacious, and well-maintained house, suitable for large families, groups of friends, and couples.

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 20 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
