Evdokia's Apartments is a quality and very tidy property for rent, exceptionally positioned in the heart of Neos Marmaras. It offers comfortable and bright accommodation units, elegantly furnished with cozy and functional furniture. The studios and apartments have everything necessary for a pleasant stay, and the friendly staff will ensure that your holiday is as enjoyable as possible.
The complex is located about 700m away from the beautiful sandy town beach, while the Paradisos beach area is a little over 1km away. The town center is full of traditional taverns, fast food restaurants, bars, tourist shops, and souvenir shops, all within about 100m. Nearby, there are well-stocked supermarkets and bakeries.
The offer includes a standard studio for three people and a standard apartment for four people, as well as a two-level apartment for five people and an apartment with two separate bedrooms on two levels for up to seven people.
The standard studio for three people features a double and a single bed in the kitchen area, while the standard apartment for four people has two separate bedrooms, one with two single beds and a double bed in the other bedroom.
The apartment for five people on the lower level has a kitchen area with a sofa and a separate bedroom with a double bed, while on the gallery there are two single beds.
The apartment for seven people on the lower level has a kitchen area with a sofa and two separate bedrooms with one double bed each or two single beds, while on the gallery there are two more single beds.
All accommodation units have a kitchen equipped with a built-in hob with two burners or a mini stove with an oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer or a standard refrigerator with a small freezing compartment. The bathrooms have a bathtub or a glass shower cabin, and some units also have a washing machine.
The units have balconies furnished with seating sets.
All studios and apartments are air-conditioned, have SAT TV, WiFi internet, and mosquito nets.
A baby cot is available upon request, and pets are not allowed.
Linen and towels are changed mid-stay, while cleaning is done daily.
The property is surrounded by a small paved courtyard, and guests can park their cars on the street in front.
You will find the accommodation above the first town square (about 70m in the street leading left from the square).

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
