Our description
Evdokia`s Apartments is a quality and very neat accommodation for rent, excellently positioned in the very heart of Neos Marmaras. It has comfortable and bright accommodation units, finely furnished with comfortable and functional furniture. The studios and apartments have everything you need for a pleasant stay, and the friendly staff will make sure to make your vacation as pleasant as possible.
The complex is about 700m away from the beautiful sandy city beach, while the beach in the Paradisos area a little more than 1km away. The town center full of traditional taverns, fast food restaurants, bars, tourist shops and souvenir shops is located about 100m away. There are well-stocked supermarkets and bakeries in the immediate vicinity.
The offer includes a standard studio for three people and a standard apartment for four people, as well as an apartment on two levels for five people and an apartment with two separate bedrooms on two levels for up to seven people.
A standard studio for three people has a double bed and a single bed in a room with a kitchen, and a standard apartment for four people in a room with a kitchen has two single beds, while the double bed is in a separate bedroom.
The apartment for five people on the lower level has a room with a kitchen and a sofa, as well as a separate bedroom with a double bed, while there are two single beds in the gallery.
The apartment for seven people on the lower level has a room with a kitchen and a sofa, as well as two separate bedrooms with one double or two single beds, while there are two more single beds in the gallery.
All accommodation units have a kitchen equipped with a built-in hob with two hotplates or a mini stove with an oven, a large fridge with a freezer or a standard fridge with a small freezer compartment. The bathrooms have a shower tray or a glass shower cabin, and some units also have a washing machine.
Accommodation units have balconies equipped with seating.
All studios and apartments are air-conditioned, have SAT TV, WiFi internet and mosquito nets.
A baby cot is available on request, and pets are not allowed.
Bed linen and towels are changed halfway through the stay, while cleaning is done daily.
The property is surrounded by a small paved yard, and guests can park their vehicles on the street in front.
You will find the accommodation above the first town square (at about 70m in the alley that leads to the left of the square).

Owners description
Evdokia's Apartment is located in the center of Neos Marmaras, close to supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and shops. The main beach is about 17 minutes away.
Accommodation (75m2) is brand new and consists of three rooms. In the bedroom there is a double bed, or two single beds in the other rooms.
The facility is air conditioned, has internet, TV, fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, and bathroom with washing machine. Free parking can be found near the accommodation.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
