Our description

Tadrino Apartments is located near the center of Neos Marmaras and other contents. The well-maintained facility offers its guests a peaceful vacation with a beautiful sea view.

The accommodation is about 500m from the main promenade, and about 1km from the city beach in Neos Marmaras.

It offers a seven-bed duplex apartment on the second floor and two double studios on the third floor. There are other accommodation units within the building, but they are owned by another owner, Agape Apartments.

The seven-bed apartment has a double bed in one bedroom, and if necessary, the owner can add a baby cot, in the second bedroom there is one double bed and one single bed, and in the living room there are two sofas. The kitchen is separated. The apartment has an equipped kitchen, a stove and a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Double studios have one double bed each, and a small kitchenette. In all three accommodation units, the bathrooms currently have only tiles as a shower area that is not enclosed, the apartment also has a washing machine and a hair dryer, and all accommodation units are air-conditioned, have TV and internet.

The change of bed linen and towels, as well as the cleaning of accommodation units, are done halfway through the stay. The double rooms have a spacious common balcony with a beautiful sea view. There is a grill in the yard and next to the grill there is a common seating area. There is no private parking, you can park your car in front of and near the accommodation.

Owners description

Three units located in the same house on the hill above Paradisos beach in Neos Marmaras, 500 meters from the said beach and a kilometer from the center.
The first unit is a 60 m2 apartment, completely renovated. The apartment has 2 bedrooms whose large window-door overlooking the sea and one living room with the same exit to the same terrace, on the second floor.
The other two units are on the floor above (rooftop) of 16 m2, the rooms have separate bathrooms and access to a huge terrace on the roof of the house which is a real chill out zone.
