Our description
Maria's Apartment is a spacious and beautifully furnished accommodation located in a peaceful location in Neos Marmaras. It is situated in close proximity to the city center, making it an excellent choice for those who wish to be at the heart of the action.
It is located 850m from the beach, while the city center and a rich tourist offer (taverns, shops, bars, and restaurants) are approximately 240m away. The Paradisos area beach is just under 2km away.
The accommodation consists of a total of four quadruple apartments, spread across the ground floor and the mezzanine. All apartments are equally equipped, featuring two single beds in the living room with a kitchen, and double beds in the bedrooms.
The apartments are equipped with air conditioning, TV, internet, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, and the option to provide a crib for babies. The kitchens in some units are equipped with a four-burner stove and a large oven, while others have a mini stove with three burners and a small oven. All units have large refrigerators with freezers and necessary utensils. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower cabin or a shower tub with a curtain. Each unit has a fenced terrace with seating furniture.
Cleaning is done every day, while the bedding and towels are replaced every three days.
The yard is fenced and has private parking.

Maria's Apartment is about 1.2km away from Paradisos beach and offers a sea and city view, a terrace and a patio. The air-conditioned accommodation is less than 1km away from Neos Marmaras Beach and offers free Wi-Fi and a private parking on site.
The apartment has one bedroom, a living room, a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen with a fridge and an oven, and one bathroom with a shower. Towels and bed linen are also provided.
The accommodation provides a car rental service.
The main beach of Porto Karras is 2.9km away from Maria's Apartment. The nearest airport is in Thessaloniki, 107km from the accommodation. Airport shuttle service is available at an additional charge.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
