Maria’s Apartment is a spacious and beautifully furnished accommodation located in a peaceful location in Neos Marmaras. It is situated in close proximity to the city center, making it an excellent choice for those who wish to be at the heart of the action.

It is located 850m from the beach, while the city center and a rich tourist offer (taverns, shops, bars, and restaurants) are approximately 240m away. The Paradisos area beach is just under 2km away.

The accommodation consists of a total of four quadruple apartments, spread across the ground floor and the mezzanine. All apartments are equally equipped, featuring two single beds in the living room with a kitchen, and double beds in the bedrooms.

The apartments are equipped with air conditioning, TV, internet, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, and the option to provide a crib for babies. The kitchens in some units are equipped with a four-burner stove and a large oven, while others have a mini stove with three burners and a small oven. All units have large refrigerators with freezers and necessary utensils. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower cabin or a shower tub with a curtain. Each unit has a fenced terrace with seating furniture.

Cleaning is done every day, while the bedding and towels are replaced every three days.

The yard is fenced and has private parking.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
