Owners description
Thomas House is located in the first row to the sea, just 50m away from the sandy beach of Tripotamos, between Nikiti and Neos Marmaras, on the western coast of Sithonia. In the hinterland of the beach, there are mostly private villas, and within the camp that is part of Tripotamos beach, there is a mini-market and a restaurant. The center of Neos Marmaras is located 5km away.
The accommodation unit is a three-level maisonette and is intended for the accommodation of ten people. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms and an additional bathroom, while the attic features an open gallery. Two bedrooms on the first floor are equipped with a double bed, while the third one has a sofa for two people and an open sleeping area on the gallery with a double bed.
Within this air-conditioned maisonette, guests have at their disposal a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi internet, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with four glass-ceramic hobs and a large oven, a dishwasher, a microwave oven and a coffee machine.
On warm summer days, guests can spend time on the veranda or balcony equipped with a seating set, offering an incredible view of the sea.
In the carefully maintained courtyard, guests can prepare a barbecue with family and friends. The courtyard leads directly to the sandy beach, where two sunbeds and an umbrella are provided for guests.
Small pets are allowed in this accommodation with prior agreement with the owners and at an additional cost.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay, as well as for changing bed linen and towels. For all reservations, there is a mandatory cleaning fee at the end of the stay.
Private parking is available for guests of the villa within the complex.
Thomas House is located 103km from Thessaloniki International Airport and 16km from the nearest resort of Nikiti.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
