If you wish to spend your vacation in a well-equipped accommodation, Mare D'Oro Studios may be an excellent choice for you. Located in new Sarti, in a peaceful place, it will provide you with a necessary rest, while the proximity of the amenities this place offers will make your vacation unforgettable. The property is furnished with modern and comfortable furniture.
It is situated in the second row to the sea, about 120m from the sandy beach. The nearest store is 50m away, and the closest bakery is around 100m away.
The property consists of three double, four triple, and four quadruple studios. In double studios, there is one double bed, triple ones have two joined single beds and a sofa, while quadruple studios have one double and two single beds. The studios are between 30-37m2 in size. All of them have a TV, air conditioning, internet, safe, mosquito nets, a bathroom with a shower cabin and hairdryer, as well as a equipped kitchen with a mini-oven with hot plates, a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and necessary utensils. On the first floor, there are two studios of each type, while on the second floor, there is one double and two triple and quadruple studios. Each studio has a terrace with an awning and a dining table. Towels and bed linen are changed every three days.
The yard is small but with enough parking space, and there is a garage for 7-8 cars.
If you are traveling on the main road from the north, you will turn left at the eighth exit from entering Sarti. Continue straight to the second left turn and after 20m you will see this accommodation on your left.

Owners description
Mare D'Oro is situated at the second leg of Chalkidiki, Sithonia, in the picturesque village of Sarti. It's only 2 minutes away from the Golden Beach of Sarti, considered one of the most beautiful coasts of Chalkidiki.
Mare D'Oro is a family business since 1980. It was completely renovated in 2011 under the supervision and personal care of the owners in order to offer moments of relaxation and a pleasant stay to their guests.
The exterior of the Mare D'Oro is characterized by modern architecture and summer colours, while the interior creates a unique environment of peace and pleasure.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Smeštaj je predivan..Čist i uredan, gazdarica je predivna i ljubazna žena... Sve pohvale za smeštaj ❤️❤️

Dobra lokacija , cisto i uredno. Jako los wifi, kreveti neudobni (bar u nasem studiju),na terasi nema tende vec suncobran koj nije bio ispravan tako da u pre podnevnim satima je bilo nemoguce koristiti terasu.

Wifi se gubio bas cesto, i potrebno je malo susilo na maloj terasi, sve ostalo je bilo odlicno.
