An excellent and sufficiently spacious apartment, with a lovely terrace. It is clean and tidy, with bed linens and towels changed every three days. The hostess is friendly, the Wi-Fi is good, there is enough kitchenware, parking space is available, and it is close to both the beach and the town center, all while being quiet. Based on my criteria and needs for a summer vacation in an apartment, I would rate it 10++, beyond the possible score of 10.

For every recommendation... excellent accommodation... kitchen separated from the bedroom... spacious terrace... hygiene at an excellent level... we stayed for 15 nights... one of the better apartments, and I must mention that the pictures on the website correspond to the actual state of the apartment... terrace on the terrace... overall, we were very satisfied... the landlady is mostly present, so if there are any minor shortcomings (like a burnt light bulb or something similar) you can contact her.... 10 + overall rating

This year, we stayed at the mentioned accommodation from July 24 to July 31, 2024. Our apartment was a four-bed unit on the second floor. The hygiene was at a very high level, and on the third day, our bed linens were changed. The beds were incredibly comfortable for sleeping, and a crib was provided for our small child by agreement with the owner. The air conditioning worked perfectly, Wi-Fi was completely functional, the bathroom always had hot water with strong pressure, the shower cabin was satisfactory, and the terrace was spacious. The carpentry was of a very high standard. The location was in a very quiet area, just a minute's walk to the beach and a ten-minute walk from the bustling center of old Sarti. Parking was available in front of the apartment or in the meadow across the street, where there was always space. We truly have no complaints and are very satisfied with the accommodation. We can confidently say that after our stays in Polihron and Nea Plagia, this accommodation in Sarti was the best.

Considering that we have tried both the double and the triple studio apartment, we are generally very satisfied with the accommodation and would gladly return.

The location is excellent, clean and tidy. However, the wifi is very poor, and the beds are uncomfortable (at least in our studio). There is no awning on the terrace, just a sun umbrella that was not functioning properly, making it impossible to use the terrace during the late morning hours.

The accommodation is very comfortable, featuring a separate kitchen with a dining area that is distinct from the bedroom, which is quite significant. We stayed on the first floor, the terrace is smaller and set back, very peaceful, and we also had another terrace that served as a laundry area. They cleaned and changed the bedding every 2-3 days, and for that, they deserve all the praise. We often saw the landlady passing by; she always greeted us and was pleasant. Our only downside was the parking and poor WIFI signal, as the internet frequently disconnected. The accommodation is in an excellent location, with the beach just a few steps away and a market nearby. For those traveling with small children, we highly recommend it. As far as we're concerned, we recommend this accommodation and will definitely return.

We vacationed at this accommodation in August 2022 - two adults and two children (7 and 3 years old). It is very easy to reach from the main road; however, upon arrival, there was no available parking space. There is a garage, but if you have a car larger than a 'sparka' or something similar, I do not recommend attempting it. There is parking in the yard on the other side, but it was full as it is shared with other villas in the area. Upon arrival, we called the landlady by phone, who welcomed us and showed us the accommodation. It is a four-bed studio (a large French bed and a sofa bed with a mattress topper). The terrace is quite comfortable and has mosquito nets. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary. The bathroom is okay, but small - the shower cubicle is tight. For hot water, you need to turn on the fuses to fill the boiler, which takes about ten minutes. There is a safe. The TV is very small and has a limited number of channels. We generally didn't need it, but it's nice to have a children's channel. Also, the TV was slightly askew, which gave a somewhat untidy impression. Some items in the accommodation were "damaged" - the shower head, the freezer compartment door. The studio has air conditioning, and the landlady explained that we should not touch the buttons on the remote, but only use the on/off function, so we don't break anything...?! Otherwise, the welcome was very cold. No one asked us how we traveled, nor were we offered any refreshments, which is customary for accommodations in this price range. There was a sour smile, but the general impression upon arrival was disappointing. We were immediately asked to pay everything in advance, which is probably the biggest downside, as it makes you feel like they see you as someone who has come and might run away without paying. Disgusting. She didn't ask for our passports, so I don't even know if we were registered at all. Also, the landlady stayed in the studio next to ours, which was not very pleasant for us. The beach and supermarket are just a few minutes' walk away, which is a significant advantage. Our accommodation was on the eastern side and it was very warm inside, even though we had shade from noon, but I believe that for those on the other side of the villa, it was hell because there is direct sunlight from 3 PM onwards. On the last day, when we were leaving and packing our things into the car, the landlady was in the yard. My wife and children were standing down, and she didn't even wish them good morning, let alone see us off. We returned the keys, received a sour smile, and that was it. For €100 per night, this should be at a much higher level.

An excellently positioned accommodation near the beach with secured parking. Close to all events... near a bakery... a market... everything you need... The apartment is clean and tidy, equipped with all the amenities that make a stay enjoyable... air conditioning... internet... safe... awning on the terrace... towels and bed linens are changed every three days... I can confidently say that this accommodation comes highly recommended...

We vacationed in August 2017. I rate the service and content with four stars because they took our passport as a guarantee. Everything else was excellent. We definitely recommended it to everyone.
