Description
Candi Central Apartment is located in the heart of Neos Marmaras, in the west of Sithonia, 100m from the harbor, 800m from the city beach and 1.5km from Paradisos beach. Within walking distance, there is a concentration of numerous cafes, restaurants and supermarkets.
There is an apartment on the first floor of the building, with two bedrooms and a maximum capacity for six people. The living room features a sofa for two people, while the bedrooms are equipped with double beds.
Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot can be added.
Within this air-conditioned apartment, guests have access to free Wi-Fi internet, a smart flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a washing machine, an iron, a hairdryer, a kitchen equipped with a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with four burners and a large oven, a kettle and a coffee maker.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
