Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 40% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Agapaki Studios is a renovated accommodation overlooking the Toroneos Gulf located in Neos Marmaras, on the Sithonia peninsula. A small beach without sunbeds is about 250m away, while the city beach is about 1,5km away. The modernly equipped property provides the perfect space for relaxation and enjoying the panoramic sea views.
There are eight accommodation units available:
The studios are located on the first, second, third, and fourth floors and can accommodate two adults and one child up to 12 years old. The studios include a bathroom and a kitchen area with a double bed and a folding armchair.
The apartments are located on the first floor and can accommodate five adults and one child. It consists of a living room, kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom. The living room has a double bed, while the bedroom has a narrower double bed than a standard one and a sofa for two.
Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra cost.
The air-conditioned units feature a TV, WiFi internet, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, a kitchenette with two hobs, a standard refrigerator, a microwave oven, a kettle, and a filter coffee machine. The bathrooms have a shower without a tub, with a glass partition.
The balconies are furnished with seating sets and offer panoramic sea views.
Small pets are allowed and are included in the price.
Cleaning of the accommodation units during the stay, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every three days. Laundry service is available at an additional cost.
Parking is provided for the guests of the accommodation.
Agapaki Studios is 20.2km away from Nikiti and 108km from Thessaloniki Airport.
