MK Rustic Stays Apartment is located in Neos Marmaras, on Sithonia, 350m from the beach and about 1km from the city center. The accommodation, situated in a peaceful location far from the city noise, offers a modernly equipped space and a courtyard, perfect for relaxation and a peaceful vacation.
There are two accommodation units available, located on the ground floor, able to accommodate up to two adults and two children. The apartment consists of a living room, kitchen with dining area, bedroom, and bathroom. The bedroom features a double bed, while the living room includes a sofa for two. The studio comprises a bathroom and a kitchenette with a double bed and a sofa for two.
Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra charge.
The air-conditioned units offer a TV, WiFi internet, hairdryer, coffee maker, and toaster. The apartment is equipped with four burners, a large oven, and a big refrigerator, while the studio has one burner and a standard fridge.
The bathroom in the studio has a shower cabin with a curtain, while the apartment features a shower with a glass door and a curtain.
From the veranda, furnished with a seating set, guests can enjoy the view of the courtyard. Within the landscaped yard, guests can indulge in barbecue preparation with family and friends.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning of the accommodation unit, as well as change of bed linen and towels, is done every three days.
Private parking is provided for the guests.

Excellent accommodation in the street behind Havana beach bar. Very comfortable for Neos Marmaras, where accommodations are tiny and bathrooms are microscopic. Just right for 2, at most 3 people. The provided parking space is a huge plus, although it can be tight for larger vehicles. The studio has everything needed for a pleasant stay, although it does not have standard wardrobes or storage space. The kitchenette is sufficient. Kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and 2 induction hobs, a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The bathroom is big enough. Shower with curtain. Everything matches the photos faithfully. Hygiene is at a high level, WiFi is stable. Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels by agreement. All praise for the host of the property, who takes care of the accommodation and the guests. The location was perhaps the weakest point of our stay. The street is narrow, unpaved, and poorly lit at night; there is a fairly narrow path to the beach, which significantly shortens the way to the city beach. There are mosquitoes and other insects, which Raid handles well. We also had a little lizard for company, which might not suit everyone. The overall impression is closer to a feeling of "glamping" than staying in a tourist resort. The surroundings are rather unkempt, although there are indications that more construction will take place in this part of Neos Marmaras in the future... For now, it is still quiet and without noise.

The apartment, as its name suggests, is in rustic yet modern style, with a charming decor and impeccable cleanliness, including the linens and towels. The bed is comfortable and more than large enough for a small family, with a lovely terrace in front of the apartment. The owner is very kind, and everything went smoothly as agreed!

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
