Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
MK Rustic Stays Apartment is located in Neos Marmaras, on Sithonia, 350m from the beach and approximately 1km from the city center. The accommodation, situated in a peaceful location far from the city noise, offers a modernly equipped space and garden, ideal for relaxation and a peaceful vacation.
There are two accommodation units available, situated on the ground floor, able to accommodate a maximum of two adults and two children. The apartment consists of a living room, kitchen with dining area, bedroom, and bathroom. The bedroom features a double bed, while the living room includes a sofa for two. The studio comprises of a bathroom and a kitchenette with a double bed and sofa for two.
Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra charge.
The air-conditioned units offer a TV, WiFi internet, hairdryer, coffee machine, and toaster. The apartment is equipped with four burners, a large oven, and a big refrigerator, while the studio has one burner and a standard refrigerator.
From the veranda, furnished with a seating set, guests can enjoy a view of the garden. Within the landscaped garden, guests can indulge in barbecue gatherings with family and friends.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning of the accommodation unit, as well as changing of bed linens and towels, is done every three days.
Private parking is available for guests.
