Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Nikiforos Apartments is located in Neos Marmaras, 120m from the beach and 600m from the town center. The accommodation represents an excellent choice for guests seeking a tidy and pleasant atmosphere, perfectly blending comfort and simplicity into an ideal space for complete enjoyment.
There are three accommodation units available, two located on the ground floor and one on the first floor. The apartments can accommodate up to five adults. They consist of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom features a double bed, while the living room includes a sofa for two and one person.
Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra charge.
The air-conditioned units include a TV, WiFi internet, a hairdryer, a kitchen equipped with a three-ring stove and a small oven, a standard or large refrigerator with a freezer.
From the veranda or balcony, equipped with seating furniture, guests can enjoy views of the street and the surroundings.
Small pets are allowed in this accommodation.
Guests are responsible for cleaning, while bed linen and towels are changed every fourth day.
Parking is not provided for guests of the accommodation, but there is free parking available on the street nearby.
