Triple studios are available on the ground floor and are intended for a maximum of three adults. They consist of a sleeping area with a kitchen and a bathroom. Each unit features a double bed and an armchair bed. One studio is adapted for guests with disabilities.
The four-bed and five-bed studios are located on the first floor and are spread over two levels. The lower level includes a living room with a kitchen, while the upper level, i.e. the attic, features an open gallery. Four-bed studios are suitable for up to four adults and include a double bed in the attic and a sofa for two persons on the lower level. Five-bed studios can accommodate up to five adults and include one double bed and one armchair bed on the lower level, as well as an additional double bed on the upper level, on the open gallery.
A baby cot is available upon request and included in the price.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi, TV, a safety deposit box, a hairdryer, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with two ceramic hobs, a standard refrigerator with freezer compartment, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster.
Depending on the floor on which the unit is located, guests have access to either a balcony or a veranda, both equipped with outdoor seating furniture, ideal for relaxation. Within the nicely arranged courtyard, there is also a swimming pool with a separate section for children, surrounded by sun loungers and seating sets for additional comfort and leisure.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation upon prior request and free of charge.
Cleaning of the accommodation units is carried out every three days, during which the owner provides clean bed linen and towels, which guests replace themselves.
One parking space per accommodation unit is provided in front of the property, offering easy and convenient access to vehicles during the stay. Additional parking spaces are available upon request at the time of booking.
Sagini Suites is located 19 km from Nikiti, 23 km from Toroni, and 21 km from Destenika Beach and 24 km from Tristinika Beach, some of the most beautiful beaches in Sithonia. The nearest airport, Thessaloniki Airport Makedonia, is 107 km away.
