Accommodation description
Hrisavgi Villa is located on the west coast of Sithonia, 3 km from the center of Nikiti from the direction of Thessaloniki and 180 m from the nearest beach. The city beach in Nikiti is 4 km away.
As part of this accommodation, there are eight accommodation units on offer, which by their structure are studios and apartments, intended for accommodation of up to four people and arranged on the ground floor and on the first floor. There are two studios and six apartments available. The studios contain three beds for one person, two of which are connected, and the apartments have a bedroom with two beds for one person and bunk beds in the kitchen area.
A cot can be provided upon request and at no additional cost.
In these air-conditioned studios and apartments, guests have at their disposal a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi internet, a hair dryer, as well as a kitchen with a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment and two hotplates.
Depending on the number of floors of the accommodation unit, guests can spend warm summer days and evenings on the veranda or balcony with a view of the courtyard and seating.
Within the facility there is a large and carefully maintained yard where children can play on the grassy surface or on the playground with a large number of facilities for children. Guests have access to a special entertainment area with a pool table, table tennis and table football, and there is a basketball basket next to the parking lot. The possibility of preparing a barbecue with family and friends can make the stay of guests pleasant.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene in the accommodation units during their stay, and a clean set of towels and bed linen can be obtained on request.
Inside the courtyard there is a private parking lot for eight vehicles.
The facility was built in 1990, it is of a more modest type and is recommended for less demanding guests.

We are extremely satisfied with the accommodation at Villa Hrisavgi! We stayed on the ground floor, which was perfect. In the morning, we enjoyed the sun, and in the afternoon, we relished the deep shade. The accommodation has everything a family needs, like ours, a family of three, with a four-year-old son who ran around the yard, swung, jumped, chased bugs and birds, and explored the plants... The hygiene is at a high level! The beach is nearby. In the morning, you are awakened by the birds and roosters :) Wonderful. Nikos is a kind host and is always there if you need anything. I highly recommend Villa Hrisavgi!
