Our description

Hrisavgi Villa is located on the west coast of Sithonia, 3km from the center of Nikiti from the direction of Thessaloniki and 180m from the nearest beach. The city beach in Nikiti is 4km away.

As part of this accommodation, there are eight accommodation units on offer, which by their structure are studios and apartments, intended for accommodation of up to four people and arranged on the ground floor and on the first floor. The studios contain three beds for one person, two of which are connected, and the apartments have a bedroom with two beds for one person and bunk beds in the kitchen area.

A cot can be provided upon request and at no additional cost.

In these air-conditioned studios and apartments, guests have at their disposal a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi internet, a hair dryer, as well as a kitchen with a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment and two hotplates.

Depending on the number of floors of the accommodation unit, guests can spend warm summer days and evenings on the veranda or balcony with a view of the courtyard and seating.

Within the facility there is a large and carefully maintained yard where children can play on the grassy surface or on the playground with a large number of facilities for children. Guests have access to a special entertainment area with a pool table, table tennis and table football, and there is a basketball basket next to the parking lot. The possibility of preparing a barbecue with family and friends can make the stay of guests pleasant.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene in the accommodation units during their stay, and a clean set of towels and bed linen can be obtained on request.

Inside the courtyard there is a private parking lot for eight vehicles.

The facility was built in 1990, it is of a more modest type and is recommended for less demanding guests.
