Hotel Description

Karali Maisonette is a separate house for six people, located not far from the beach in Nikiti, equipped for a true family vacation. Wireless internet, air conditioning, a kitchen with a large stove, refrigerator, and freezer, a beautiful veranda with seating for hours of afternoon relaxation, and a backyard barbecue are just some of the advantages this accommodation offers.

The beach in Nikiti is 140 meters away, and the Happy Market and promenade are 430 meters from the accommodation.

The maisonette can accommodate up to five adults and one child. After a few steps, there is a veranda with seating in front of the entrance. On the ground floor, there is a sofa designed for one adult and one child to sleep on, one terrace facing forward, and another terrace at the back. The kitchen has a microwave, large fridge, freezer, stove, and necessary dishes. In the separate bedrooms, bunk beds are in one room and a double bed in the other. The accommodation has two bathrooms, each with a shower curtain, while one bathroom also has a washing machine.

The maisonette has three air conditioners, wireless internet, two televisions, and beach chairs for guests.

Changing linens and towels is every five days, and more frequently if needed at an additional cost.

By arrangement with the owners, pets are allowed to stay.

Guests have a barbecue in the backyard, and a parking space is available.

You will easily find the accommodation. After passing the traffic lights at the entrance to Nikiti, turn right onto Neakitou Street and drive straight for about 630 meters, almost until you reach the beach road. Turn right and drive straight for 330 meters, then turn right onto the beach road and continue straight for another 100 meters. Then turn right and drive another 215 meters, then turn slightly left into the alley where you will see Karali Maisonette.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is included in prices.
