Our description
Karali Maisonette is a separated house for 6-7 people, not far from the beach in Nikiti, equipped for a complete family vacation. Wireless internet, air conditioning, a kitchen with a large stove, refrigerator and freezer, beautiful veranda with a sitting area for the afternoon rest and a barbecue in the yard are just some of the advantages that this accommodation offers.
The beach in Nikiti is at 140m, while the Happy Market and the promenade are 430m from the accommodation.
The maisonette can accommodate up to seven people. After a couple of stairs, there's a veranda with a seating set in front of the entrance. On the ground floor, there's a corner sofa, TV, a bathroom with washing machine, one terrace in the front and another terrace in the back. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, large fridge, freezer, stove and necessary dishes. There are two separate bedrooms, one is with a double bed and a second one is with bunk beds. The gallery is fitted with two very low single beds, so this space is ideal for two children. Another bathroom has a shower tray with a curtain.
The maisonette is air conditioned, it has wireless internet and TV, and guests can use the beach chairs. Replacement of bed linen and towels is after five days (and more often if necessary). Pets are allowed upon request.
The barbecue is in the backyard, where is also a parking place.
This accommodation is easy to find. After passing the traffic lights at the entrance to Nikiti, turn right into Neakitou street and drive straight ahead for about 630m, until you almost reach the street by the beach. Turn right and drive straight ahead for 330m, then turn right to the road by the beach and continue further for 100m. Turn right and drive for another 215m, then turn slightly to the left in the alley where you will see Karali Maisonette.

Owners description
The maisonette is located near the marina. It is an apartment on two levels with internal stairs.
The maisonette can accommodate 6-7 person (3-4 adults and 2-3 children, with baby cot on request).
It is situated 100 meters from the sea and 200-250 meters from the center of Nikiti, in a quite area, where the children can play in the big and safe yard in front of the house.
On the ground level, there are a fully equipped kitchen, living room and a bathroom. On the upper level, there are two bedrooms, bathroom and washing machine.
One bedroom is with double bed (picture No9), the other bedroom is with a bunk bed for children or adults (picture No10), and there is a loft with two singe matresses for two children (picture No14).
The living room is with folding sofa bed (for one person).
There are two balconies (one in front and one in the back side with barbeque), and two bathrooms with a shower.
There is hot water all day with solar boiler, Wi-Fi internet, and parking place.
The price includes air-conditioning, towels and bed linen, hot water (immersion heater), WiFi internet, TV, barbecue, umbrella, and chairs for the beach.
We change linen and towels every fifth day and more often if necessary.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Letovali smo u Karali Maisonette krajem avgusta 2022. Smeštaj je divan, sasvim odgovara opisu koji smo dobili. Sigurno ćemo ponoviti boravak :) Postoji još odličnih smeštaja u Nkitiju. Ovo je jedan od onih "sa dušom", čemu mnogo doprinosi i predivna Magda Gougoula.

Savršen smeštaj! Na mirnom mestu, blizu plaže i šetališta. Tople vode ima u svako doba dana, a internet je odličan! Ja sam bila sa troje dece i odmor nam je bio idealan. Gazdarica Magda ljubazna! Sve pohvale!!!

Καλό απόγευμα. Μας αρέσει το διαμέρισμά σας (Karali Maisonette), είδαμε μια αγγελία στο διαδίκτυο. Είμαστε από τη Σερβία - 4 ενήλικες, 3 παιδιά (1, 4 και 6 ετών) και ένας σκύλος. Θα θέλαμε να νοικιάσουμε το διαμέρισμα για 6 διανυκτερεύσεις (7 ημέρες) την τελευταία εβδομάδα του Ιουλίου (από 24/23/25 ...). Είναι το διαμέρισμα δωρεάν και πόσο κοστίζει; Τις καλύτερες ευχές! :-)
