SunRay Apartments is a brand new accommodation facility, tastefully furnished, with modern and quality furniture. A large and nicely decorated garden and a perfectly maintained lawn, are ideal for moments of relaxation and socializing for grownups, as well as for running and carefree play of the youngest. These modernly decorated apartments on a quiet location will offer you a relaxing holiday away from the crowds and noise of Nikiti, and close to all the facilities and amenities offered by this popular resort.
The accommodation is located about 400m from the sandy city beach and the arranged promenade, within few minutes walk to numerous bars, restaurants, pastry shops, taverns and children's facilities. The very well-equipped trade of the famous Masoutis chain is also about 400m from the apartments, and just a little further are the supermarkets Galaxias and Lidl. If you take the street to the sea, just 200m away, you will find yourself at the Fresh Corner grocery store, which always offers fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as the Zorbas bakery, where you can buy a great bougatsa for breakfast and a coffee for takeaway every day.
The accommodation has seven spacious apartments located on the first or second floor, suitable for families and couples, with a capacity of up to four people. On the first floor, there are apartments no. 1-3, as well as apartment no. 4 which is completely separated from the rest and has a separate entrance. Apartments no. 5-7 are on the second floor, and there are slightly larger than those on the first. Also, there are three newly built apartments in the semi-basement (A2, A3, and A4), that can accommodate 3-5 persons. The units are brand new with enough daylight, fresh and pleasant to stay in, and have a spacious and fenced balcony in front of the entrance.
All apartments have air conditioning and free internet, spacious living room with SMART TV and Netflix service, bedroom with one double bed, comfortable balcony covered with awning equipped for moments of relaxation, as well as a bathroom with a glass shower cabin, always hot water and a hairdryer. The kitchens are fully equipped with a stove with induction hob, a fridge with a small freezer compartment, a microwave, a coffee machine, a toaster, and all the necessary dishes and utensils. The only difference between the accommodation units is only in the case of a living room. Apartments no. 1 and 5 have one sofa and an armchair, no. 2 and 6 have two sofas, in no. 3, 4 and 7 there is a sofa with a drawer bed that becomes a bed with a standard mattress, and in A2, A3 and A4 there is (depending on capacity) one or two single beds, as well as folding armchair.
Completely free of charge, upon request you can get a specially designed baby cot, while adding an additional extra bed to the accommodation unit is not possible. Each apartment has a safe for valuables, and you can also use an iron with an ironing board. Replacement of towels and bedding is done in intervals of four days.
In a very nicely decorated, enclosed garden, equipped with seating sets, dining tables and toys for children, you will surely enjoy. Parking place in front of the building is guaranteed to you.
After passing the traffic light at the entrance to Nikiti, drive straight until you see a church on your right. Turn right onto the street and drive towards the town beach 500m, then turn left and after 90m you will find the Sunray accommodation.

Our modern apartments offer a comfortable stay in a scenic setting, suitable for families and couples. We have a total of seven luxury self-catering apartments that can accommodate four people (three people and a baby) and provide everything you need to make your holidays special.
Towels and bed linen replacement is performed after four days.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 15% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, 8% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Bili smo smešteni u apartmanu broj 1 na 1.spratu, tj visokom prizemlju. Sve je jako čisto i lepo uređeno. Najopremljeniji apartman u kom smo bili, kuhinja ima i više nego dovoljno posuđa i aparata. Marija koja radi tamo je izuzetna devojka,ljubazna i vedra i uvek od pomoći. Jedino nam je dušek bio malo tvrd i neudoban. Sve preporuke!
