Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Vera Views is an accommodation on an isolated location in Nikiti, with stunning panoramic view of this lovely resort and the sea. The privacy is guaranteed because of the small number of units - one double studio and one septuple apartment. The nature, big landscaped fenced yard and tranquility of this place will leave you breathless.
From the beach it is 550 far, about 1.5km from the nearest supermarket on the main road, as well as from the city center with bars, stores, and tavernas.
Accommodation is located on the hill and the path leading to the accommodation is partly unpaved. Both units are located on the upper floors.
Double studio is located on the second floor and it has one double bed, while an extra bed can be added, if needed. In the kitchen, there are hotplates, a refrigerator with freezer compartment and all necessary dishes.
Septuple apartment on the first floor has one double bed in a separate bedroom, and in the living room with a kitchen, there is one queen size bed with an extra drawer bed, and one folding sofa. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a small oven and three hotplates, dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer and all necessary dishes.
Both accommodation units are air-conditioned, with WiFi internet access, TV, and private covered terraces with outdoor sitting sets.
The yard is fenced, full of greenery, with a magical panoramic view of Nikiti. Private parking is provided for all guests.
At the exit from Nikiti, driving in the direction of Neos Marmaras, about 300m after the gas station, turn right from the Nikiti-Sarti main road, and after about 500m you will be at Vera Views accommodation.
