Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Enalia Luxury Living is a luxurious and high quality newly built accommodation, located in the first row to the sea in one of the most beautiful locations in Nikiti. It offers impeccably tidy, comfortable and airy studios and apartments, tastefully equipped with brand new and functional furniture.
Accommodation is on the promenade, but in a somewhat quieter part of Nikiti, because the center and most of the contents - the most popular cafes, restaurants and events are at about a five minute easy walk. The beautiful sandy city beach is just across the street, and on the ground floor there is a beach bar.
The big Lidl store and the supermarket of the famous Masoutis chain are about 1 km away, and there are smaller shops a bit closer - such as the Fresh Corner grocery store and the Zorbas bakery, which are about 400m away.
It offers two Standard studios, two Superior suites, two Deluxe suites and two Sea View suites.
Standard studios can accommodate three adults, or two adults and two children up to 8 years of age. They are located on the high ground floor (5-6 steps above ground level) at the back of the building, overlooking the garden and the parking lot.
They have a double bed and a sofa bed, as well as a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, a built-in stove with two hot plates, a small oven, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee machine. The bathroom has a glass shower cabin.
Superior suites can accommodate up to five adults and are located on the first floor at the back of the building and they overlook the garden and parking lot.
On the lower level they have two single beds and a folding armchair, a bathroom with a glass shower cabin, as well as a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, a built-in stove with two hot plates, a small oven, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee machine. On the upper level there is a gallery to which a wooden staircase leads, and it has a double bed and an additional toilet.
Deluxe suites can accommodate up to six people (four adults and two children) and are located on the first floor in front of the building and have sea view.
On the lower level, they have two single beds in the kitchen with dining area, which is equipped with a large refrigerator with freezer, built-in stove with two hot plates, small oven, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. There is also a separate bedroom with a double bed, as well as a bathroom with a glass shower cabin. On the upper level there is a gallery to which a fenced staircase leads, and it has two single beds and an additional toilet.
Sea View suites can accommodate up to six adults. They are located on the ground floor and offer a sea view. The suite includes a living room with two sofas that can accommodate two people, a kitchen equipped with a large refrigerator with a freezer, built-in stove with two hot plates, a small oven, toaster, kettle, and coffee maker. Additionally, there is a bathroom and two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed and a separate toilet.
All accommodation units have WiFi internet, TV and air conditioning, as well as a hairdryer. A baby cot is available on request, and pets are not allowed.
Bed linen and towels are changed after three nights, while cleaning is done daily.
The building does not have a fenced yard, but in the back there is a beautiful lawn and a common area equipped with tables and chairs. In the spacious parking lot there is enough space for the vehicles of all the guests.
If you are coming from the direction of Thessaloniki - after the traffic lights in Nikiti (near the church), turn right from the main road and drive all the way to the beach. Then continue some 200m left along the beach, and you will find the accommodation above the Nagaai Seaside beach bar.
