In an oasis of peace and greenery, outside the town, just 130m away from the beach, stands Rika Villa. This spacious house, with an unusual interior, where privacy is guaranteed, offers its guests comfort and everything necessary for a true vacation.

The house is located 130m away from the beach and about 1.4km away from the nearest Happy market, at the beginning of the promenade zone and the center of Nikiti. About 1km away from the accommodation, in Egialou Street, there is a small store, not as well-stocked as Happy, but where you can purchase some smaller items.

The 160m2 house features a large living room furnished with wooden furniture. On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with two single beds, and on the first floor, there are three bedrooms, two of which have two single beds and one with a double bed.

The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning, a fan, TV, internet, and the option to add a baby cot. The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner stove and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, and all the necessary utensils. There is one large bathroom with a shower enclosed by a wall, and one smaller bathroom with a shower and a curtain, also housing a washing machine. The living room is surrounded by a large terrace with two seating sets, and on the ground floor, there is also a veranda with a seating set.

Cleaning, bed linen, and towel replacement are done every seven days.

The yard is spacious, fenced, with plenty of natural shade. There is a children’s playground, a small lake, benches, seating sets, and a barbecue. Private parking is also provided within the yard.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
