Our description

In an oasis of peace and greenery, outside the town, just 130m away from the beach, stands Rika Villa. This spacious house, with an unusual interior, where privacy is guaranteed, offers its guests comfort and everything necessary for a true vacation.

The house is located 130m away from the beach and about 1.4km away from the nearest Happy market, at the beginning of the promenade zone and the center of Nikiti. About 1km away from the accommodation, in Egialou Street, there is a small store, not as well-stocked as Happy, but where you can purchase some smaller items.

The 160m2 house features a large living room furnished with wooden furniture. On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with two single beds, and on the first floor, there are three bedrooms, two of which have two single beds and one with a double bed.

The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning, a fan, TV, internet, and the option to add a baby cot. The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner stove and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, and all the necessary utensils. There is one large bathroom with a shower enclosed by a wall, and one smaller bathroom with a shower and a curtain, also housing a washing machine. The living room is surrounded by a large terrace with two seating sets, and on the ground floor, there is also a veranda with a seating set.

Cleaning, bed linen, and towel replacement are done every seven days.

The yard is spacious, fenced, with plenty of natural shade. There is a children's playground, a small lake, benches, seating sets, and a barbecue. Private parking is also provided within the yard.

This elegant house made of traditional stone and concrete in a forest area outside Nikiti, at just 100m from the beach, offers an impressive garden (40a) with a small pond, patio and playground with swings for children.

There are various parts of the garden that you can spontaneously choose from, depending the time of the day and the purpose. You can enjoy the exterior from many perspectives such as the patio and verandas.

The rooms are tastefully furnished. There's a bedroom with a separate entrance and a small bathroom with a washing machine on the ground floor and three separate bedrooms (two of them with A/C and the third with a ceiling fan) on the first floor.

Villa Rika offers the perfect location for those wishing to explore some true delights that this magical peninsula offers, private or secluded sandy beaches and additional organised beaches for snorkelling and diving, enjoying sunsets, delicious Greek cuisine and fine Greek gastronomy products.
