Palm House Vicky is located near the Nikiti city center, surrounded by palm trees and greenery.
Clean and comfortable accommodation units, decorated in a romantic style, provides the warmth of home. The proximity of the sandy beach and the entire tourist offer is one of numerous advantages of this accommodation.
Accommodation is about 200m away from the city sandy beach and the promenade full of rich and various tourist content. Bakery and grocery store are located right next to the building, while the big discount stores Lidl and Masutis are about 1km away.
Palm House Vicky offers two apartments (50m2) on the first floor for rent - the Dream Apartment and the Passion Apartment. Both are identically furnished, with two standard single beds in the living room with kitchen and one double bed in the separate bedroom, but the Passion Apartment also has an folding armchair ideal either for one child either for one adult. The kitchens have two-burner induction hob, small oven, large refrigerator with freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, as well as all necessary utensils and dishes. In the living rooms there is exit to the large balconies equiped with sitting sets. Passion Apartment has one additional small balcony. The bathrooms have a fenced shower area with a shower curtain.
Apartments are air conditioned, they have TV, mosquito nets, iron and ironing board and a washing machine.
Clean bedlinen and towels are available every five days, and they are replaced by guests who also take care of the hygiene in the accommodation unit during their stay (cleaning products are provided).
The accommodation does not have a fenced yard, but it has a neat access to the house and the parking places are provided for all guests.
Accommodations Palm Family House and AkTys Studios and Apartments are located in the same complex.
If you are going from the direction of Thessaloniki, after passing the traffic lights at the Nikiti entrance drive straight until you see the church on the right side. At the church, turn right from the main road and then continue straight (about 600m) all the way to the building - which is located next to the grocery store on the corner.
Palm House Vicky can be a great choice for you if you want to spend your vacation in nicely equipped and romantic accommodation, close to the beach and the city center.

Palm House Vicky is located in the center of Nikiti, close to shops, souvenir shops, restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets. The beautiful beach is about 100m or two minutes walk from the apartment.
Comfortable two-bedroom apartments of 50m2 have been completely renovated and consist of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with two single beds, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom, which makes them ideal for accommodating four people.
The apartments are air conditioned, have TV, internet, hair dryer, mosquito nets, balconies overlooking the courtyard and private parking.If your choice for this year is Nikiti, Palm House Vicky may be the right choice for you.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Apartman je prostran, čist. U blizini je plaža, pekara i piljarnica. Parking je malo nezgodan ali uvek ima mesta. Vlasnik je jako ljubazan, pristupačan za sve. Svaka preporuka!
