Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Not far from the center of Nikiti lies Palm House Vicky, surrounded by palm trees and greenery.
A clean and comfortable accommodation, decorated in a romantic style, provides a warm homey feeling. The proximity to the sandy beach and the town center are also some of the advantages of this accommodation.
The accommodation is located about 200m away from the city sandy beach and the promenade full of rich and diverse tourist offers and amenities, while bakeries and butcher shops are right next to the property, with large discount stores Lidl and Masutis about 1km away.
Palm House Vicky offers two apartments (50m2) on the first floor, the Dream apartment and the Passion apartment. Both are identically equipped, with two standard single beds in the living room with a kitchen and a French bed in the bedroom, with the Passion apartment also having a pull-out armchair suitable for one child or one adult. The kitchens have an induction hob with two burners, a small oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, as well as all the necessary utensils. The living rooms open onto large balconies with a table and chairs. The Passion apartment also has an additional smaller balcony. The bathrooms have a separate shower area with a shower and a curtain.
The apartments are air-conditioned, equipped with a TV, mosquito nets, an iron, an ironing board, and a washing machine.
Guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene, as well as replacing towels and bed linen, which will be provided to them every five days by the owner.
The accommodation does not have a fenced yard, but it has a landscaped approach to the house and private parking with a limited number of spaces.
Within the same complex, there are also accommodation facilities Palm Family House and AkTys Studios and Apartments.
If you are coming from the direction of Thessaloniki, after passing the traffic light at the entrance to Nikiti, drive straight until you see the church on your right. At the church, turn right off the main road, then continue straight ahead (about 600m) until you reach the property - which is located next to the butcher shop on the corner.
If you want to spend your vacation in a beautifully furnished and romantic accommodation, close to the beach and the center, Palm House Vicky can be an excellent choice for you.
