In a spacious and beautifully landscaped yard, near the city’s sandy beach in Nikiti, there is accommodation Lukas house. If you want to spend your vacation in a quiet location, and close to all the contents that this place provides, this accommodation may be the right choice for you.

At a distance of only 130m there is a beach and numerous taverns, while at 300m from the house there are bakery and supermarket.

Accommodation has four quadruple apartments and one sextuple duplex apartment.

The quadruple apartments are located on the high ground floor, two apartments have a view of the street from the front, while the other two face the back of the yard. In the apartments located in front of the house there is one double bed in the bedrooms, while in the living room with kitchen there is one sofa bed for two people. The apartments at the back of the house in the living room have two connected single beds, while in the bedroom there is one double bed. The kitchens are equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, two hot plates and the necessary utensils. In the bathroom of these apartments there is a shower with a curtain. Both apartments also have balconies with tables and chairs that are divided by curtain.

The sextuple duplex apartment is located on the first floor and has a balcony overlooking the street. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two people, while in one bedroom there is a double bed and in the other one two single beds. The spacious kitchen has a large refrigerator with freezer, stove, coffee maker, toaster and necessary utensils. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain, and the apartment also has a washing machine. This apartment is not available for rent this season.

All apartments have air conditioning, TV, internet and mosquito nets. The replacement of bed linen and towels, as well as cleaning are done every three days.

The accommodation does not have its own private parking, but you can easily find a parking spot on the street, in front of accommodation, and in the surrounding streets. The yard is fenced, nicely decorated and spacious.

The easiest way to get to the house is to turn right from the main road to Nikiti near the church, drive to the sea, and then continue left along the beach for about 100 meters to the Almira restaurant, where you should turn to the street to the right and you will see this house at the end of it.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
