Meltemia House 2 is a comfortable and tidy accommodation, located in a great location in Nikiti - close to the promenade, the central part of the city beach and the most popular restaurants. These are just two well-maintained and decently equipped accommodation units for rent, which promise a sense of privacy.
Accommodation is about 150m away from the beach and promenade with a rich and varied tourist offer, bakeries and grocery stores are located just across the building, while the big discount stores Lidl and Masoutis are about 1km away.
We offer one studio on the ground floor with a capacity for up to three people, as well as one apartment on the first floor that can accommodate up to six people.
The studio has two connected single beds and a sofa bed, as well as a TV and air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with two hot plates and a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, while the bathroom has a shower tray with a curtain. In front of the studio there is a private porch equipped with table and chairs.
The apartment has the entrance from the ground floor that leads to a hallway from which stairs lead directly to the first floor. On the first floor there is a room with air conditioning and a sofa bed, a kitchen equipped with a two hot plates and a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, and has access to a small balcony. The separate bedroom has a double bed, TV and air conditioning, as well as access to a balcony equipped with outdoor furniture. Wooden stairs from the first floor lead to the gallery on the floor above, where there are two single beds and a fan. The bathroom has a shower tray with a curtain. In addition to upstairs balcony, the apartment also has a private porch in front of the entrance on the ground floor.
All accommodation units have mosquito nets and WiFi internet, and a hairdryer, toaster, kettle and coffee maker are also available. A baby cot is available upon request, and small pets are allowed with prior agreement with the owner. Clean bed linen and towels are available every five days, and the replacement is done by guests who also take care of the room hygiene during their stay by themselves.
In front of the accommodation there is a small fenced and well maintained lawn, and a barbecue is available. Guests can park their vehicles on the street around the property.
If you are going from the direction of Thessaloniki, after passing the traffic light at the entrance to Nikiti, drive straight until you see the church on the right side. At the church, turn right from the main road, then right again into the sixth street and you will see the building across from the Zorbas bakery.
If you want comfortable and clean accommodation in one of the most sought after locations in Nikiti, close to the beach and all the contents of the resort - Meltemia House 2 may be a good choice for you.

An excellent choice, particularly if you have pets. A gracious host. Located on a quiet street. There is a parking space and a lovely garden to relax in.
