Alexia’s Apartment is a high quality accommodation unit located near the beach in one of the most popular locations in Nikiti, in the heart of the place. It is a comfortable and airy duplex apartment, very cozy and tidy, fully and tastefully equipped with new and functional furniture.

The apartment is extremely well positioned - at a distance of about 200m from the sandy city beach and promenade, and about 50m from a well-stocked market, bakery, pastry shop, fast food restaurants, pizzerias and taverns.

This accommodation unit for rent is located on the first floor, and consists of a pleasant living room, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, two separate comfortable bedrooms, quite large bathroom, spacious balcony and a small storage room with a washing machine.

The living room has a two-seater and a three-seater sofas, one folding sofa bed, as well as a TV and air conditioning. There is an exit to the balcony facing the street with the side sea view. The kitchen with dining area is equipped with a large stove with oven, a large fridge with freezer, toaster and coffee maker. In one of the bedrooms there is a double bed, a wardrobe and an exit to the balcony, while in the other bedroom there is a wardrobe and two connected single beds. The bathroom has a glass shower.

The apartment has mosquito nets and WiFi internet access. A baby cot is available on request, and pets are not allowed. Clean bedlinen and towels are available in the middle of the stay, and are replaced by guests who also take care of the hygiene in accommodation unit during their stay.

The building does not have a yard, but parking space is provided. There is a souvenir shop on the ground floor.

The easiest way to find accommodation is to take a right turn from the main road at traffic light in Nikiti, and continue straight down the street for about 600m (on the left you will see a children’s playground next to the building).

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
