Our description
Lianna Apartment is located in a quieter part of Nikiti, not far from the center. The facility is well maintained, tidy and well equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. A quiet location surrounded by greenery can be ideal for a vacation.
It is located about 700m from the beach, 500m from a doctor's office and a pharmacy, while a supermarket and a bakery are less than 150m away.
It is a maisonette on two levels designed to accommodate five people, with the note that the fifth person can only be a child up to eight years old. On the lower level, on the level of the first floor, there is a living room in which there are two sofas, one of which folds out and is suitable for two people, as well as a kitchen and a toilet. On the upper level, on the second floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.
The accommodation has air conditioning, TV, WiFi internet, mosquito nets, a hair dryer and the possibility of adding a baby cot. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with four burners and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer and all the necessary dishes.
The maisonette has four balconies, one on each level and from the front and back.
The yard is fenced, safe and has seating furniture.
The cleaning of the accommodation unit during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, is done every five days.
The accommodation does not have private parking, guests can park in front of the accommodation, along the street.

Owner description
Lianna Apartment is accommodation for maximum five people.
It is located 500 meters from the city beach in Nikiti, while a market, bakery and pharmacy are within a radius of about 100 meters.
The first floor has a living room and a dining room with an equipped kitchen and two sofas (one single and one double sofa) as well as one WC, while on the second floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom. Fifth person can only be a child under 8 years old.
The apartment has four balconies - one at the front and one at back side of the building on every floor.
Accommodation offers internet access, A/C, TV, mosquito nets and baby cot on request.
Towels and bed linen chang is done halfway through the stay (with the minimum stay of 8 nights).
There is no private parking so you can park the car along the street in front of the accommodation.

Discount
For reservations in 5 Bed Apartment, Two-level, for period from 03.09.2024 to 30.09.2024, there is a discounted price of 85 euros per day.
Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Sve pohvale za apartman Liana. Komforan i lepo opremljen sa svim neophodnim stvarima. Vlasnice su jako ljubazne i srdačne, sve vreme imate osecaj kao da ste dosli u posetu familiji. Ana je fenomenalna i toliko draga da je nemoguće da vam se ne dopadne već pri prvom susretu. Bile su tu za sve sto nam je trebalo. Lokacija je odlična ako zelite da obilazite okolne plaže a i marketi su blizu tako da je sve manje više blizu i dostupno.

Prvi utisak je bio fenomenalan, znate kad dodjete u Grčku u 10-11 a check in je u 2-3, kod gospodje Ane sve je bilo spremno i ušli smo odmah. Gospodja je ljubazna i pokazala nam je smeštaj, uputila nas oko prodavnica/plaza/setalista, čak je i u frižideru ostavila vodu/sokove dok ne kupimo da imamo da se rashladimo. Sve su to sitnice koje znace po dolasku. Smeštaj je prostran - pola kuće imate na raspolaganju na dva sprata, na prvom dnevnu sobu sa trpezarijom, kuhinju, toalet i dve terase -na tom spratu mogu odvojeno da spavaju dve osobe. Drugi sprat ima vece dve terase, pritom one na prvom nisu ni u kom smislu male 😂 tu je i spavaca soba sa velikim francuskim krevetom i u našem slučaju krevetac kao i kupatilo. Jedina zamerka je možda stepenište koje nije ogradjeno a strmo pa nije zgodno kada si sa dvoje male dece i buka koju kasno noću automobili/motori prave jer je smeštaj na prometnoj ulicici. Blizu je svih bolje snabdevenih supermarketa, pekara, girosa, ko voli cveće ima u blizini i dve dobro snabdevene prodavnice baštenskog cveca. Nama je ovo bila baza za posetu drugih lepih plaža na Sitoniji, poneko popodnevno kupanje u Nikitiju (najbolje ići skroz na kraj Nikitija, kod Kukunarije ako se lepo sećam gde je čistija voda i sitniji pesak) i šetnje noću jer je mesto fino i za to, ima puno restorana, kafica, suvenirnica, luku… moram da naglasim i da smo dobili gratis još jedan dan u smeštaju jer je gazdarica mislila da nije dovoljno mogla da nam se posveti, nismo iskoristili njenu ljubaznost ali vidite iz svega o kakvoj se osobi radi. Ne možeš da ostaneš imun na dobrotu ljudi ☺️
