Our description
Lianna Apartment is located in a quieter part of Nikiti, not far from the center. The facility is well maintained, tidy and well equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. A quiet location surrounded by greenery can be ideal for a vacation.
It is located about 700m from the beach, 500m from a doctor's office and a pharmacy, while a supermarket and a bakery are less than 150m away.
It is a maisonette on two levels designed to accommodate five people, with the note that the fifth person can only be a child up to eight years old. On the lower level, on the level of the first floor, there is a living room in which there are two sofas, one of which folds out and is suitable for two people, as well as a kitchen and a toilet. On the upper level, on the second floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.
The accommodation has air conditioning, TV, WiFi internet, mosquito nets, a hair dryer and the possibility of adding a baby cot. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with four burners and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer and all the necessary dishes.
The maisonette has four balconies, one on each level and from the front and back.
The yard is fenced, safe and has seating furniture.
The cleaning of the accommodation unit during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, is done every five days.
The accommodation does not have private parking, guests can park in front of the accommodation, along the street.

Owners description
Lianna Apartment is accommodation for maximum five people.
It is located 500 meters from the city beach in Nikiti, while a market, bakery and pharmacy are within a radius of about 100 meters.
The first floor has a living room and a dining room with an equipped kitchen and two sofas (one single and one double sofa) as well as one WC, while on the second floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom. Fifth person can only be a child under 8 years old.
The apartment has four balconies - one at the front and one at back side of the building on every floor.
Accommodation offers internet access, A/C, TV, mosquito nets and baby cot on request.
Towels and bed linen chang is done halfway through the stay (with the minimum stay of 8 nights).
There is no private parking so you can park the car along the street in front of the accommodation.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Veoma smo zadovoljni vilom u svakom pogledu. Za 4 osobe je izuzetno komforna, donji nivo sa dnevnom sobom, kuhinjom, wc-om i 2 ležaja i gornji sprat sa spavaćom sobom, kupatilom i balkonom. Klima na donjem nivou sasvim dobro hladi, dok bi na gornjem spratu, u toplijim danima, mogla da se doda još jedna klima. Uvek ima tople vode, internet je odličan. U kući su u prizemlju domaćini, koji su veoma ljubazni i nenametljivi. Najbliža prodavnica je na 150 metara, a na još 100 metara je Masutis. Prvi put na Sitoniji, prelepe su plaže na 4 do 10 km, koje smo obilazili svaki dan (najlepše Lagonisi i Latura), a na gradskoj svako popodne, veoma pristojna i prostrana, na 600 metara od vile. Sve pohvale za vilu, vlasnike i agenciju Nikana preko koje smo pronašli aranžman.

Udoban i komforan smestaj sa vrlo ljubaznim osobljem, osecali smo se kao kod kuce! Utisak uzivo je jos bolji nego u opisu i na slikama iz ponude. Toplo preporucujemo! Apartman je lep, komforan, odlično opremljen, svim sitnicama neophodnim za letovanje. Domaćini su izuzetno gostoprimljivi i ljubazni. Po dolasku u apartman dočekalo nas je hladno piće, lubenicie i dinje. Jednog dana Ana je donela divne lazanje za ručak, pa baklavu, sladoled, masline...tako da smo se osećali kao kod kuće . Lia i Ana su uvek bile tu sa pitanjem da li nam nešto treba i da li mogu da pomognu. Jedina mana apartmanu je udaljenost od plaže.

Odlicni ljudi,gostoprimljivi i nenametljivi,sta god da vam treba tu su da pomognu.Smestaj blizu plaze,blizu marketa bukvalno sve je na 5 minuta pesaka. Stvarno nam je bilo super, i doci cemo opet sigurno. Sve pohvale za Liannu i Anu.

Ljudi su stvarno divni i prijatni,lepo uredjen smestaj imate sve sto vam je potrebno,uglavnom je sve relativno blizu da ne moras kolima da se cimas i plaza i market,pekara,giros sve je na 5-10 min. pesaka... Super smo se proveli i definitivno cemo opet doci

Our stay was very good and comfortable, very close to the sea, supermarket and pharmacy. The apartment provided complete equipment in kitchen and bathroom. Clean and cool apartment on the hot summer days we went. Very hospitable hosts. We will definitely come back to Lianna next year.
