An outstanding apartment, with all praises directed towards the hostesses who are exceptionally kind and accommodating, always ready to respond to your requests. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with cold drinks, fruits, and pastries. The apartment is clean and comfortable.

All praises for the Liana apartment. It is comfortable and beautifully furnished with all the necessary amenities. The owners are extremely kind and warm-hearted, making you feel as if you have come to visit family. Ana is phenomenal and so lovely that it is impossible not to like her from the very first encounter. They were always there for everything we needed. The location is excellent if you wish to explore the nearby beaches, and the markets are close by, making everything easily accessible.

The first impression was phenomenal. You know how it feels when you arrive in Greece at 10-11 AM, and check-in is at 2-3 PM. Everything was ready at Mrs. Ana's, and we were able to enter immediately. She was incredibly kind, showed us the accommodation, and directed us to the stores, beaches, and promenades. She even left water and juices in the fridge for us to cool down while we shop. These are small gestures that mean a lot upon arrival. The accommodation is spacious - you have half a house at your disposal over two floors. The first floor features a living room with a dining area, a kitchen, a toilet, and two terraces - on this floor, two people can sleep separately. The second floor has larger two terraces, and the ones on the first floor are not small by any means. There is also a bedroom with a large French bed, and in our case, a crib, as well as a bathroom. The only downside might be the staircase, which is not fenced and quite steep, making it inconvenient when you have two small children. Additionally, the noise from cars and motorcycles late at night can be bothersome since the accommodation is on a busy street. Nearby, there are well-stocked supermarkets, bakeries, gyros places, and for those who love flowers, there are two well-stocked garden flower shops nearby. This was our base for visiting other beautiful beaches on Sithonia, occasional swimming in Nikiti (the best spot is at the very end of Nikiti, near Kukunarija, if I remember correctly, where the water is cleaner and the sand finer), and night walks, as the place is quite pleasant for that, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, souvenir shops, and a harbor. I must emphasize that we received an extra day of accommodation for free because the landlady felt she couldn't devote enough time to us. We didn't take advantage of her kindness, but you can see from all this what kind of person she is. You can't remain indifferent to the kindness of people.

We are extremely satisfied with the villa in every aspect. It is exceptionally comfortable for four people, featuring a lower level with a living room, kitchen, restroom, and two beds, and an upper floor with a bedroom, bathroom, and balcony. The air conditioning on the lower level cools effectively, while an additional unit could be beneficial on the upper floor during warmer days. There is always hot water, and the internet connection is excellent. The hosts reside on the ground floor and are very kind and unobtrusive. The nearest store is 150 meters away, and Masutis is another 100 meters further. This is our first visit to Sithonia, and the beaches, located 4 to 10 km away, are stunning, which we explored every day (the most beautiful ones being Lagonisi and Latura). The town beach, spacious and quite pleasant, is 600 meters from the villa, where we spend every afternoon. We extend our highest praise for the villa, the owners, and the Nikana agency through which we found this arrangement.

The apartment is beautiful, comfortable, and excellently equipped with all the essentials needed for a perfect vacation. The hosts are exceptionally hospitable and kind. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with cold drinks, watermelons, and melons. One day, Ana prepared wonderful lasagna for lunch, followed by baklava, ice cream, and olives... making us feel right at home. Lia and Ana were always there, asking if we needed anything and if they could assist us. The only downside of the apartment is its distance from the beach.

Excellent people, welcoming and unobtrusive; whatever you need, they are there to help. The accommodation is near the beach, close to the market, literally everything is just a five-minute walk away. We truly had a wonderful time, and we will definitely come back. All praises for Lianna and Ana.

The people are truly wonderful and friendly, the accommodation is beautifully arranged, and you have everything you need. Most places are relatively close, so you don't have to struggle with a car. The beach, market, bakery, and gyros are all just a five to ten-minute walk away. We had a fantastic time and will definitely return.
