If you are looking for accommodation in a peaceful location, with a fenced and landscaped yard full of greenery, within walking distance of the beach and all amenities, Nefeli Maisonette could be an excellent choice for you.
The city beach, a wide selection of taverns and bars in Nikiti, are just 70m away. The nearest large Masoutis supermarket is about 900m away, and Lidl is about 1.5km from the accommodation.
There is one two-level apartment (70m2) available, with two separate bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and an additional WC.
Upstairs, one bedroom has a double bed, the other has two single beds, while downstairs, in the living room, there is a sofa that can be pulled out to become a double bed, suitable for adults as well.
The bathroom features a shower with a curtain.
The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator with a freezer, a large oven with four burners, a kettle, a coffee maker, a microwave, and necessary cookware.
The accommodation has two balconies, one in each bedroom, as well as a veranda with a seating area.
Guests are provided with towels and clean linens, and the accommodation also includes a washing machine. Guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the accommodation during their stay and cleaning supplies are available to them.
The unit has three air conditioning units, a TV, and free Wi-Fi internet.
There is no private parking at the accommodation, but guests can park at a nearby public parking lot.
Guests have access to free sun loungers in the yard, which they can take to the beach.

The offer on the website fully matches the actual condition. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and there are enough bed linens and towels. The appliances are working properly.

The beach is extremely satisfying and clean, located just a minute's walk from the accommodation. The owners are very friendly people. They welcomed us with homemade drinks and sweets, cold water, beer, and juices. The villa is equipped with everything you need; everything you have at home is available here, including a fully equipped kitchen, and they even thought of the smallest details.
