If you are looking for accommodation in a peaceful location, with a fenced and landscaped yard full of greenery, within walking distance of the beach and all amenities, Nefeli Maisonette could be an excellent choice for you.
The city beach, a wide selection of taverns and bars in Nikiti, are just 70m away. The nearest large Masoutis supermarket is about 900m away, and Lidl is about 1.5km from the accommodation.
There is one two-level apartment (70m2) available, with two separate bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and an additional WC.
Upstairs, one bedroom has a double bed, the other has two single beds, while downstairs, in the living room, there is a sofa that can be pulled out to become a double bed, suitable for adults as well.
The bathroom features a shower with a curtain.
The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator with a freezer, a large oven with four burners, a kettle, a coffee maker, a microwave, and necessary cookware.
The accommodation has two balconies, one in each bedroom, as well as a veranda with a seating area.
Guests are provided with towels and clean linens, and the accommodation also includes a washing machine. Guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the accommodation during their stay and cleaning supplies are available to them.
The unit has three air conditioning units, a TV, and free Wi-Fi internet.
There is no private parking at the accommodation, but guests can park at a nearby public parking lot.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
