Interni Luxury Living is a luxurious and newly built accommodation with a pool, located in Nikiti in a fantastic location. It offers modern and stylishly furnished accommodation units.

It is situated approximately 500m from the coast and less than one kilometer from the city beach in Nikiti. The accommodation is also conveniently located around 230 meters away from the main road, where you can find pharmacies, bakeries, and shops.

Within this accommodation, there are two triple studios on the ground floor, as well as three quadruple studios. These studios are structured as mezzanines on two levels, with two of them having the first level on the first floor and the second level on the second floor, while the third mezzanine has the first level on the ground floor and the second level on the first floor. In addition to the pool, the accommodation also provides sun loungers in the fenced yard.

The triple studios feature one double bed and a sofa for one person, while the quadruple studios have a sofa for two people located on the first level together with the kitchen and bathroom. The double bed is situated on the second level (on the open gallery), along with an additional bathroom.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned and equipped with a TV (mezzanines also have an additional air-conditioning unit and TV), mosquito nets, internet, a safety deposit box, mosquito nets, and a hairdryer. They also have a balcony or veranda with seating furniture and a view of the yard and the pool.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, a stove with two ceramic hobs, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a microwave oven. The studios have a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, while the mezzanines have a large refrigerator with a freezer.

The bathrooms have a shower cabin, and the mezzanines also have an additional bathroom with a bathtub.

Bed linen and towels are changed every three days, and cleaning service is provided.

You don't need to worry about finding a parking space as the accommodation has its own private parking.

Upon entering Nikiti, just after the Mikel café, take a left turn and head towards the sea for about 190m, then turn right into the first street and go to the end of the street, then turn left to reach the accommodation.

Interni Luxury Living Studios is located in Nikiti, on the Sithonia peninsula, Halkidiki, 500m from the beach.

Within this accommodation, there are two studios on the ground floor which can accommodate two adults and one child up to the age of 17, as well as three four-bed studios that are maisonettes on two levels, two of which have the first level on the first floor and the second level on the second floor, while the third maisonette has the first level on the ground floor and the second level on the first floor.

Double studios have one double bed and a sofa for one person. In maisonettes, on the first level, there is a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom, while on the second level, there is another bathroom, and on the open gallery, a sleeping area with a double bed. In the living room, there is a sofa for two people.

This air-conditioned accommodation offers guests free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a safety deposit box, a hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with two ceramic hotplates, a large fridge with freezer in the maisonettes and a fridge with freezer chamber in the studios, a coffee machine, toaster, and microwave oven.

You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings overlooking the pool on the furnished veranda or balcony, which are part of this accommodation.

Cleaning during the stay, as well as changing bed linen and towels, is done every three days.
