Interni Luxury Living is a luxurious and newly built accommodation with a pool, located in Nikiti in a fantastic location. It offers modern and stylishly furnished accommodation units.
It is situated approximately 500m from the coast and less than one kilometer from the city beach in Nikiti. The accommodation is also conveniently located around 230 meters away from the main road, where you can find pharmacies, bakeries, and shops.
It consists of two buildings, A and B. There are a total of ten accommodation units, five in each building and they are arranged in the same way. Within the A building, there are two three-bed studios on the ground floor, as well as three four-bed studios, which are two-level maisonettes according to their structure, two of which have the first level on the first floor and the second level on the second floor, while the third maisonette has the first level in the ground floor and the second level on the first floor. The layout of the units is the same in building B. In addition to the swimming pool, there are deckchairs in the fenced yard.
The triple studios feature one double bed and a sofa for one person, while the quadruple studios have a sofa for two people located on the first level together with the kitchen and bathroom. The double bed is situated on the second level (on the open gallery), along with an additional bathroom.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and equipped with a TV (mezzanines also have an additional air-conditioning unit and TV), mosquito nets, internet, a safety deposit box, mosquito nets, and a hairdryer. They also have a balcony or veranda with seating furniture and a view of the yard and the pool.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, a stove with two ceramic hobs, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a microwave oven. The studios have a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, while the mezzanines have a large refrigerator with a freezer.
The bathrooms have a shower cabin, and the mezzanines also have an additional bathroom with a bathtub.
Bed linen and towels are changed every three days, and cleaning service is provided.
You don't need to worry about finding a parking space as the accommodation has its own private parking.
Upon entering Nikiti, just after the Mikel café, take a left turn and head towards the sea for about 190m, then turn right into the first street and go to the end of the street, then turn left to reach the accommodation.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 15% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, 8% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
