Nikiti Beach Absolut Studios & Apartments is a complex located in Nikiti, at the beginning of the Sithonia peninsula, at the crossroads between the west and east coasts, a place tucked away in the greenery of pine trees and a beautiful, long, sandy beach with turquoise water. This accommodation is 90m from the beach and 2.2km from the old part of Nikiti, which is especially romantic in the evening.
As part of this accommodation, there are rooms with a sea view, which are located on the first floor and can accommodate a maximum of four adults. Triple rooms have a double bed and a sofa for one person, while four-bed rooms have a double bed and a sofa for two people.
On request, within the price, a baby cot is available.
The rental of these accommodation units is on a bed-and-breakfast basis.
The air-conditioned accommodation units offer guests free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a safety deposit box, a hairdryer, a minibar, a kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine.
You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings with a view of the sea on the furnished balcony.
Reception services are available to guests from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., while telephone contact is possible 24 hours a day.
Guests have access to a swimming pool that is common to all three facilities within this complex (Mitte, Absolut, Superior).

Cleaning of the accommodation units during the stay is done every day except on Sundays, while the bed linen is changed every five days and the towels are changed every other day.
Secured parking is available near the accommodation facility, upon request and with an additional charge of 15€ per day in July and August, while in other periods the parking service is 10€ per day. There is always the possibility of free parking in the surrounding streets near the accommodation.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 28 days prior arrival. If cancelled 28 or more days prior to arrival, 25% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
