Olga Maisonette is located in Nikiti, at the beginning of the Sithonia peninsula, at the crossroads between the west and east coast, 1.1km away from the beach, and 1.4km from the old part of Nikiti, which is particularly romantic in the evening hours.
This two-level maisonette can accommodate a maximum of eight adults. On the lower level, which is at the basement level, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom, while on the second level, which is at the high ground level, there is a living room, kitchen, and a bedroom with its own bathroom. Three bedrooms, one of which has an additional single bed, feature a double bed, while the living room has a sofa for one person.
Within this air-conditioned accommodation, where there are two independent cooling units on each level, guests have a TV in both the living room and one bedroom in the basement, a hairdryer, iron, ironing board, two bathrooms where the bathroom in the basement has a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four glass ceramic hotplates and large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster.
You can enjoy pleasant mornings and evenings with a view of the courtyard on the furnished veranda or balcony.
Your stay can be made more enjoyable by the possibility of barbecue preparation with family and friends.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation upon request and within the price.
Cleaning of the accommodation units during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, is done every third day.
Parking is not provided for guests, but there is free parking available along the street near the accommodation.
This accommodation is open throughout the year, and heating service is available at an additional cost of 20€ per day.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
