Aella Apartments is located in Nikiti, at the beginning of the Sithonia peninsula, at the crossroads between the west and east coasts. This accommodation is 350m from the beach and 1.6km from the old part of Nikiti, which is especially romantic in the evening.

This accommodation offers bright and airy studios and apartments, modernly decorated in pastel tones, located on the ground floor and the first floor, and that can accommodate up to four adults. The studios, which are maisonettes on two levels, on the lower level, which is at the level of the first floor, have a kitchen and a bathroom, while on the upper level, in the attic, they have an open gallery with a sleeping area, while some studios also have toilet.

The studios within the open gallery have a double bed, while the three-bed studios within the kitchen area have a sofa for one person, and the four-bed studios have a sofa for two people.

The four-bed apartments, which are located on the ground floor and one of which is suitable for people with disabilities, have a double bed in the bedroom, while in the living room, they have a sofa for two people.

On request, within the price, a baby cot is available.

Within this air-conditioned accommodation, which has two independent cooling units both on each level of the maisonette and in the living room and bedroom of the apartment, guests have at their disposal free WiFi, a flat-screen TV with Netflix streaming platform, a safety deposit box on request, a hairdryer, a bathroom with toiletries, washing machine in the apartments, laundry service included in the price in the studios, as well as a kitchen equipped with a stove with two glass ceramic hotplates and big oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster.

You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings, with a view of the yard, depending on the number of floors, on the furnished veranda or balcony.

Pets are allowed in this accommodation, upon request and within the price.

Cleaning of accommodation units during the stay, as well as changing of bed linen and towels is done every third day.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
