Iris Suites is located in Nikiti, on the northwestern coast of Sithonia, 350m from the city beach, which is mostly sandy and has a very long shallow. At a short distance from the accommodation there are shops, restaurants and bars, while the center of Nikiti is 1km away.
This accommodation offers elegant family apartments that are located on the ground floor or on the first floor, and are intended for a maximum of six adults. In the apartment on the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed measuring 1.80x2.00, and in the kitchen area there is a sofa for two people, so the maximum capacity of this unit is for four people. The apartments on the first floor have two bedrooms, are spread over two levels and are designed to accommodate a maximum of four adults and two children. On the lower level, which is at the level of the first floor, there is a living room with a kitchen area containing a sofa for two people and a bedroom with two single beds measuring 0.90x2.00, while on the upper level, which is at the level of the attic, is located second bedroom containing a double bed measuring 1.80x2.00.
In agreement with the owner, a baby cot can be provided.
Within these air-conditioned accommodation units, which contain two or three cooling units, guests have at their disposal free Wi-Fi internet, a flat-screen TV, a hair dryer, a washing machine, as well as a kitchen equipped with a large fridge with a freezer, a glass-ceramic hob with two hotplates, a microwave oven, a kettle, a toaster and Nespresso coffee machine.
Depending on the floor of the unit, guests have at their disposal two verandas or two balconies equipped with seating set, so they can spend pleasant mornings and evenings enjoying the view of the courtyard.
The stay of pets in this accommodation is allowed upon request and with an additional charge.
Guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene in the accommodation, as well as changing towels and bed linen, an additional set of which is provided. A cleaning service can be organized at the guests' request for an additional fee.
One private parking space per accommodation unit is provided for accommodation guests, and it is also possible to park in the nearby streets.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 42 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
