Owners description
Sonja Luxury Villa is located in Nikiti, at the very beginning of the Sithonia peninsula, 250m away from the beach, promenade and a large number of dining venues.
The accommodation facility is a three-level maisonette structure intended for housing up to six adults and two children. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a kitchen and dining area, as well as a bathroom. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, one of which includes a king-size bed measuring 160x200, along with its own balcony and bathroom, while the other bedroom features a king-size bed measuring 160x200, with the option to add a single folding bed measuring 90x190, also with its own balcony and bathroom. The third bedroom on the second floor contains a king-size bed measuring 180x200, with the option to add a single folding bed measuring 90x190, a kitchenette, a balcony and a bathroom.
Upon request and within the price, a baby cot and a high chair can be provided.
Guests have access to four air conditioning units, two flat-screen smart TVs with satellite channels and Netflix streaming platform, WiFi Internet, a hairdryer, a washing machine, a drying rack, a kitchen with a large fridge with freezer, a stove with a large oven and four glass-ceramic hotplates, a microwave and a toaster, while the kitchenette includes a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a two glass-ceramic hotplates and a kettle.
Guests can spend time on the veranda or balconies equipped with seating furniture.
Within the fenced and carefully maintained yard, children can enjoy active play, while adults have the opportunity to barbecue with friends and family.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning and changing of towels and bed linen is done halfway through the stay, if the stay lasts ten or more nights, while for shorter stays cleaning and changing of towels and bed linen is organized in agreement with the owners. Upon arrival, you will receive a double set of towels and bed linen.
One parking space is available for guests in front of the accommodation itself and additional parking spaces can be found a few meters away.
The international airport in Thessaloniki is 90km away from the Sonja Luxury Villa accommodation, while the famous Neos Marmaras is at a distance of 21km, and Metamorfosi at 7.5km.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
