Few Steps Apartment is located in Nikiti, at the beginning of the Sithonia peninsula, 100m from the port and 250m from the town beach. Within walking distance of the accommodation, there are a large number of shops, bakeries, pastry shops, restaurants and cafes.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Dobar dan,da li apartman ima obezbedjen parking ,ili je to javni parking .Da li je slobodan u navedenim terminima.Zamena posteljine i peškira piše po dogovoru,da li se radi zamena na polovini letovanja ili na tri dana?Da li u prizemlju objekta ima neki restoran ili prodavnica,zbog eventualne buke ,ne vidi se na fotografijama.Da li je terasa samo za ovaj apartman i da li je apartman renoviran?
