**Athanasios Villa is located 120 meters away from the beach in Nikiti at the beginning of the Sithonia peninsula. The location is highly popular because it's positioned perfectly for exploring Sithonia, precisely at the crossroads between the western and eastern coasts.
The two-bedroom apartment, designed to accommodate up to eight adults, is structured as a maisonette on three levels. On the ground level, there's a living room with a kitchen and a toilet; on the second level, equivalent to the first floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom, while the third level, in the attic, features an open gallery with sleeping space. Each bedroom, as well as the sleeping space in the gallery, is equipped with a double bed, while the living room contains a sofa for two.
Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra charge.
This air-conditioned accommodation, with a cooling unit in the attic, offers guests free WiFi, TV, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four glass-ceramic hotplates, and a large oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster.
Enjoy pleasant mornings and evenings overlooking the courtyard from the furnished balcony.
Your stay can be enhanced by the possibility of barbecue preparation with family and friends, as well as ample space for relaxation and peace in the gazebo furnished with seating.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation for an additional fee of 50€ per reservation.
Upon guests' arrival, if a pet stays in the accommodation, a security deposit of 300€ is required to cover any potential damage caused by the pet. The deposit will be refunded to guests if no damage is caused by the pet after their stay.
Guests are responsible for cleaning the accommodation during their stay, and linen and towel replacement is not provided. Cleaning service is available for an additional fee of 120€ per service.
Parking space is not provided for guests, but there is always free parking available along the street near the accommodation.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
