Nikiti Paradise House is an ideal choice for families with children, located in Nikiti, just 100 meters from the city beach. The spacious apartment on three levels offers privacy, while the proximity to all local amenities allows for a relaxed and carefree vacation.
The apartment, intended for up to four adults and five children, is a maisonette on three levels. The front entrance is on the ground level, while the windows on the back side are at ground level due to the sloped terrain. There is also an entrance from the back side of the building, with external stairs leading into the kitchen area, which is on the first floor. On the first level, the ground floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. On the second level, the first floor, there is a kitchen, while on the third level, in the attic, accessed by internal stairs, there is an open gallery sleeping area. Both bedrooms have a double bed and a single bed, there is also a single bed in the kitchen area, and the open gallery has two single beds.
Upon request and included in the price, a baby crib is available.
Guests have access to WiFi, a TV, a hairdryer, a washing machine, as well as a kitchen with a two-burner stove and a small oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, and a coffee maker.
From the veranda or balconies furnished with seating, you can enjoy a view of the yard.
Small pets are allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning of the apartment during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, which are available, is done by the guests themselves.
A parking space is provided in front of the building for apartment guests.
