Beach House Lucky 13 Apartment is located in Nikiti, on Sithonia, within the accommodation complex located in the first row to the sea and a beautiful sandy beach.
The accommodation unit consists of two levels and can accommodate up to five people. The first level (ground floor) includes a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a toilet, while the second level (first floor) features two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has two single beds and the living room has a sofa.
Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot is available.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
