In the old part of Nikiti, in a very peaceful location away from the hustle and bustle, lies Lakis House. It offers its guests a pleasant stay in a modern and airy apartment.

The main sandy beach in Nikiti is about 1km away, and you can find bakeries and cafes at about 250m. The nearest supermarket is approximately 500m away.

The apartment is located on the first floor and is designed to accommodate a maximum of four adults and one child up to 15 years old. The living room features a sofa for two people (two single beds), while the bedroom has a double bed. An extra bed can also be provided.

In this air-conditioned apartment, equipped with air conditioning in both the bedroom and the living room, guests have at their disposal a TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, hairdryer, and iron. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils, a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with four ceramic hobs and a large oven, a microwave, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine, a milk frother, and a kettle. The bathroom has a shower cabin.

The spacious balcony overlooks the street and is furnished with a seating set. Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Cleaning of the unit, as well as change of bed linen and towels, is done every three days. The accommodation has a private parking where you can park your car. The owners can also provide a baby cot upon prior request.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is included in prices.
