Owner description
Oasis Luxury Apartments is situated in the village of Nikiti, at the very beginning of the Sithonia peninsula, at the crossroads between the western and eastern coasts. This accommodation is located 300m from the beach.
The studios are located in the basement and can accommodate a maximum of two adults and two children. In the same room there are a double bed, a sofa bed for two and a kitchenette. The bathroom is equipped with a shower without a curtain.
The apartments are located in the basement and can accommodate up to five people. They comprise a living room with a tea kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom has a French bed, while the living room includes sofa beds for one and two persons. The bathroom is equipped with a shower without a curtain.
There are also apartments that consist of two levels and can accommodate up to six people. On the first level (on the first-floor level), there is a living room with a tea kitchen and a bathroom, while on the second level (in the attic level), there is a bedroom and a toilet. The bedroom features a French bed; in the open gallery, there is one more double bed, while the living room includes a sofa bed for two persons. The bathroom is equipped with a shower without a curtain.
A baby cot is available upon request and is included in the price.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, as well as a tea kitchen with a stove with two glass ceramic hobs, a standard or large fridge with a freezer, a microwave oven, a kettle, and a toaster.
Guests can enjoy warm summer days with a panoramic view of the sea or courtyard on the veranda or balcony equipped with a seating set.
In the well-kept and beautifully maintained courtyard, guests can enjoy barbecue preparation with family and friends, with prior arrangement with the owners.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning of the accommodation units during the stay, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is carried out every third day. There is also a communal washing machine on the premises.
A parking space is provided for guests of the accommodation.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Topla preporuka za smeštaj. Bili smo na letovanju početkom septembra. Jako smo zadovoljni. Smeštaj je nov, uredan i veoma čist. Na par dana se menja posteljina, peškiri i čisti ceo smeštaj. Kada stignete sa napornog puta u frizideru vas ceka hladna voda i sredstva za osnovnu higijenu, zatim detalji poput novog neotpakovanog sunđera za sudove, sto je meni bitno, i slično. Domaćini su divni, ljubazni. Plaža je blizu, šetalište takođe kao i veliki marketi.

Smestaj je za svaku preporuku! Cisto,uredno,opremljeno svim potrebnim sitnicama,sapun,gelovi,sundjeri,feri,...Vlasnik i njegova supruga su predivni ljudi. Tu su i devojke koje svakodnevno brinu o higijeni. Mi smo bili u duplexu,gore i dole klima,dva TV-a,peskiri...cak je vlasnik i filtere klime oprao. Zaista smo uzivali i hvala im na tome!
