Oasis Luxury Apartments is located in the town of Nikiti, at the beginning of the Sithonia peninsula, at the crossroads between the western and eastern coasts. This accommodation is 300m away from the beach.
The studios are situated in the basement and on the ground floor and can accommodate a maximum of two adults and two children. In the same room, there is a double bed and a sofa bed for two, as well as a kitchenette. The bathroom features a shower without a curtain.

Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot is available.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, as well as a kitchenette with a stove with two ceramic hobs, a standard or large fridge with a freezer, a microwave, a kettle, and a toaster.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
