Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Oasis Luxury Apartments is located in the town of Nikiti, at the beginning of the Sithonia peninsula, at the crossroads between the western and eastern coasts. This accommodation is 300m away from the beach.
The studios are situated in the basement and on the ground floor and can accommodate a maximum of two adults and two children. In the same room, there is a double bed and a sofa bed for two, as well as a kitchenette. The bathroom features a shower without a curtain.
The apartments are located in the basement and on the ground floor and can accommodate up to five people. They consist of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room area has sofa beds for one and two persons. Some apartments have two bedrooms, each with a double bed, while the living room has a sofa bed. There are also apartments that consist of two levels and can accommodate up to six people. On the first level (on the level of the first floor) there is a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom, while on the second level (in the loft) there is a bedroom and a toilet. Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot is available.

Pozdrav, interesuje me cena boravka od 10 noći, 2 odrasle osobe, troje dece (3 godine i blizanci od 2 meseca). Blizanci spavaju u 1 krevecu. Datumi su od 19. do 29. septembra. Takođe, interesuje me da li je moguće rezervisati 7 dana, pa produžiti. U slučaju da se bebe razbole.

Poštovani, da li imate dva slobodna apartmana, jedan za 3 odrasle osobe i bebu od godinu dana, a drugi za dve odrasle osobe i 2 deteta od četiri godine, u terminu od 16-23 jula (7 noćenja)? Termin može da se pomeri za par dana.
