Sirius Apartments is the seafront accommodation a little bit outside the center Neos Marmaras, in a quiet location towards Paradissos area. The environment looks like it belongs to a Mediterranean fairy tale, with a magical and direct view of the Aegean blue. Regularly maintained and interestingly arranged accommodation units are equipped with everything that’s necessary for a pleasant stay.

The beach in front of the accommodation is not recommended for persons who don’t know how to swim, it’s small, with rocks on the coast and not so good entrance to the water, while 120m from accommodation there is a small beach with gradual depth. Paradissos beach is at about 500m, while the city beach is about 1,5km away. City center and rich tourist offer are at about 500m, and the nearest supermarket is 350m away.

The house is very interesting and it has only four accommodation units - two studios for 2-4 persons and three apartments for 4-7 persons.

Apartment Estia on the ground floor (60m2) has a room with fully equipped kitchen (large fridge with freezer, stove with oven, toaster and kettle), air conditioning, TV, dining table and two double sofa beds. The bedroom is fitted with one double bed, a folding armchair, air conditioning and TV. The bathroom has a glass shower cabin, and in front of the apartment, there’s an enclosed balcony with a sitting set. This accommodation unit also has a wheelchair ramp at the entrance and the bathroom, and it’s the only one in the house where pets are welcome.

The studio Aphrodite (30m2) on the first floor has a private balcony with a beautiful sea view, table and comfortable chairs. It’s air-conditioned and fitted with a TV, work desk, one double bed, a smaller auxiliary bed with a standard mattress (for children) and a kitchen with mini-stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer and electric kettle. The sleeping area and the kitchen can be separated by a curtain. The bathroom has a shower cabin and a hairdryer.

The one-bedroom apartment, Artemis, on the first floor can accommodate a maximum of four adults and one child. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. In the bedroom there is a double bed and a folding armchair, while in the living room there are two beds for one person. The air-conditioned apartment has a TV, an equipped kitchen with three hotplates with a small oven, a large refrigerator and a kettle.

The duplex apartment Demetra on the first floor has a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and a fridge with a freezer, two air-conditioned bedrooms with a TV, two connected single and one auxiliary bed, i.e. one double bed, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The entrance to the bathroom is from the hall, and the kitchen can be entered from the bedrooms, or from the outside.

The studio Hera on the second floor is spacious (40m2) and has the largest balcony with a beautiful sea view. It is air-conditioned, equipped with a TV, one double and a sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain, the kitchenette has a 2-ring hob and utensils, and outside by the entrance, there’s an oven for guests to use.

Amenities include WiFi internet, mosquito nets and hot water ²⁴⁄₇. Cleaning is performed every day, while towels and bed linen are replaced every four days.

The courtyard is small and paved, but opposite the house, in the shade, there is a barbecue and several seating sets in a fantastic seaside setting. There’s no private parking, so guests can park their cars on the street.

The easiest way to find accommodation is to follow the road by the sea from the port toward the Paradissos area.

Sirius Apartments could be a great choice if you’re looking for a nice accommodation in a quiet location, away from crowds and noise, right by the sea.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
