Nikiti Spathies Beach Apartments is situated outside the village of Nikiti, at the very beginning of the Sithonia peninsula, at the crossroads between the western and eastern coasts. This accommodation is located 100m away from the beach.

There are two apartments available for rent.

Apartment No.3 is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to four people. It consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. In the bedroom and the living room, there are pull-out sofas for two people each. The bathroom features a shower cabin. Each room has access to its own balcony.

Apartment No.4 is also situated on the first floor and can host a maximum of four people. It comprises a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom is equipped with bunk beds for two people, while the living room has a pull-out sofa for two people. The bathroom includes a shower cabin.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, as well as a kitchen equipped with an induction hob with one burner, a large oven, and a big fridge with a freezer compartment.

During warm summer days, guests can enjoy a panoramic sea view from the balcony, which is furnished with a seating set.

In the well-maintained garden, guests can indulge in barbecue preparations with their family and friends.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay. For reservations of 14 nights or more, cleaning and bed linen change are provided halfway through the stay. Towels are not provided in this accommodation.

A parking space is available for guests of the accommodation.

The apartment is clean, tidy, and spacious enough for a family of three. The kitchen is reasonably well equipped, with all that is necessary, including a wine opener 😊. There are no towels, but this is noted in the apartment description, and the owner also mentions it prior to arrival. We have no complaints and will certainly return.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
