Callisto Luxury Suite is located within the Olea Valley complex in Nikiti, on the Sithonia peninsula, 350m from the town beach and promenade lined with numerous restaurants and bars.
Offering a modern two-level apartment (maisonette) designed to accommodate up to six people. On the first level, on the first floor, there is a living room with a sofa for two, a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen, and a bathroom. On the second level, in the attic, there is another bedroom with a double bed and its own bathroom separated by glass sliding doors.
Upon request and at no additional cost, a crib for children up to three years old is available.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, with independent cooling units in the living room and bedrooms, guests have access to Wi-Fi, a smart flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, a washing machine, a kitchen equipped with a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with four ceramic hobs and a large oven, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, and a toaster. One bathroom has a shower cabin, while the other has a shower without a tub, with a glass partition and curtain.
Within this private complex, guests have access to two swimming pools, one for children, equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as a children's playground and a communal barbecue area.
During warm summer days, guests can enjoy the balconies equipped with seating sets and overlooking the pool of the complex or a distant sea view. The balconies are accessed from the living room and bedroom on the lower level.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
One parking space is provided for guests.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
