Description
Kostas Apartment is located in the town of Nikiti, at the very beginning of the Sithonia peninsula, at the crossroads between the western and eastern coasts. This accommodation is 300m away from the beach and promenade, many restaurants and cafes.
The studio is situated on the ground floor (a few steps above the courtyard level) and can accommodate two adults with two children, or three adults and one child. It consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, one double bed and a one folding sofa for two.
Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra charge.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, as well as a kitchen equipped with a four-ring stove, a large oven, and a standard fridge with a freezer compartment. The bathroom features a shower without tray or tub (only tiles).
Guests can spend warm summer days on the veranda equipped with seating furniture and with garden view.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 40% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 2 days prior arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
