Hotel Description

Kostas Apartment is located in Nikiti, at the very beginning of the Sithonia peninsula, at the crossroads between the western and eastern coasts. The accommodation is about 300 meters from the beach and promenade, as well as numerous restaurants and cafés.

The studio is situated on the ground floor (a few steps above the yard level) and can accommodate two adults with two children, or three adults and one child. It features a living area with an equipped kitchen and a dining table, including a double bed and a sofa bed for two people.

Upon request, a baby cot is available free of charge.

This air-conditioned accommodation offers guests free Wi-Fi internet and a flat-screen smart TV. The TV does not include Greek channels but provides access to platforms such as Netflix, YouTube, and Google. Guests who wish to watch Serbian channels can log into their MTS Iris Go account. A hairdryer is also available, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four burners, a large oven, and a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

Guests can enjoy warm summer days on the veranda overlooking the yard, furnished with outdoor seating.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Guests receive the accommodation clean and are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay. One towel per person is provided. For all reservations, there is an optional extra charge for cleaning, as well as for changing bed linen and towels.

In front of the accommodation, there is a parking area, and one smaller parking spot — number 3 — is reserved for guests. It is ideal for a small car, while for larger vehicles, diagonal parking is possible, but availability is not guaranteed.

Kostas Apartment is located 7.7 km from Metamorfosi, 7 km from Ormos Panagias, and 88.7 km from the nearest airport, in Thessaloniki.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 40% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 3 days prior arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.

Price note

Upon arrival, guests are required to immediately report to the owner any malfunction, breakage, or damage to the inventory they may notice. In the event of any damage or breakage of the inventory caused by guests during their stay, Kostas Apartment reserves the right to charge for the damage up to a maximum of 75% of the rental price, depending on the assessed value of the damage. Kostas Apartment is not responsible for any loss or theft of guests’ personal belongings, so we kindly ask you to take care of your possessions.
