Kostas Apartment is located in Nikiti, at the very beginning of the Sithonia peninsula, at the crossroads between the western and eastern coasts. The accommodation is about 300 meters from the beach and promenade, as well as numerous restaurants and cafés.
The studio is situated on the ground floor (a few steps above the yard level) and can accommodate two adults with two children, or three adults and one child. It features a living area with an equipped kitchen and a dining table, including a double bed and a sofa bed for two people.
Upon request, a baby cot is available free of charge.
This air-conditioned accommodation offers free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen smart TV. The TV has no Greek channels, but provides access to platforms such as Netflix, YouTube and Google. Guests who want to watch Serbian channels can log in to their MTS Iris Go account. There is a kitchenette equipped with a glass-ceramic plate with one heating zone, a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment and a kettle, while guests are also provided with a hair dryer.

Guests receive the accommodation clean and are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay. One towel per person is provided. For all reservations, there is an optional extra charge for cleaning, as well as for changing bed linen and towels.
In front of the accommodation, there is a parking area, and one smaller parking spot — number 3 — is reserved for guests. It is ideal for a small car, while for larger vehicles, diagonal parking is possible, but availability is not guaranteed.
