Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 40% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 2 days prior arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Kostas Apartment is located in the town of Nikiti, at the very beginning of the Sithonia peninsula, at the crossroads between the west and east coast. This accommodation is about 300 meters from the beach and promenade, as well as numerous restaurants and cafes.
The studio is on the ground floor (a few steps above yard level) and can accommodate two adults with two children, or three adults and one child. It features a living area with a fully equipped kitchen and dining table, along with a double bed and a sofa bed for two.
A baby cot is available upon request and is included in the price.
This air-conditioned accommodation offers free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, and a kitchen equipped with a stove with four burners, a large oven, and a standard fridge with a freezer compartment. The bathroom has a shower (no tub, only tiles).
Guests can enjoy warm summer days on the veranda overlooking the courtyard, furnished with outdoor seating.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
