Owner description
Angelos Studios is located in Nikiti, at the very beginning of the Sithonia peninsula, about 650m from the sandy city beach and 250m from a supermarket and bakery.
We offer two studios on the upper ground floor, designed to accommodate a maximum of two adults and one child up to ten years old or two smaller children up to six years old. They contain a double bed and a sofa.
The studios are air-conditioned and offer guests a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi internet, hairdryer, iron, mosquito nets, a kitchenette equipped with a large fridge with freezer, two glass-ceramic hotplates, a toaster and a kettle. The bathroom has a shower without a bathtub with a curtain.
Guests can spend warm summer days with a view of the yard on the balcony equipped with seating set.
In the well-kept yard, there is a mobile grill and an outdoor dining area within the gazebo.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
The cleaning of the accommodation units, as well as the change of bed linen and towels, is done after four days.
There is a parking space for guests right next to the accommodation.
The distance from the international airport in Thessaloniki is 88km.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Sve preporuke za smeštaj kod gospodina Angelosa. Preljubazni domaćini, lepo opremljen i uređen studio, ograđeno dvorište. Smeštaj je udaljen od plaže manje od 10 minuta laganog hoda. Mi smo bili sa malom decom i nije nam smetalo (ni njima) iako samo do sada uvek birali smeštaj što bliži plaži. Prednost udaljenosti za nas je bilo što uveče uživate u tišini i miru jer je šetalište veoma živo. Takođe na 2 minuta peške je pekara, a na 5 minuta veliki marketi. Definitivno bismo se vratili sledeće godine.
