Hotel Description

Angelos Studios is a modernly built accommodation located in a peaceful part of Nikiti. It features a spacious courtyard, making it an excellent choice for families with children as well as for relaxation for adults.

The sandy beach is approximately 650m away, while supermarkets and bakeries are around 250m away.

The accommodation consists of two triple studios (25m2) on the first floor, where up to two adults and one child up to ten years of age or two smaller children up to six years can stay. They include a double bed and a sofa bed.

The studios are air-conditioned and equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi, hairdryer, iron, and mosquito nets. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils, two ceramic hobs, a large refrigerator with freezer, toaster, and kettle. The bathroom has a shower without a bathtub but with a curtain.

There is also a balcony with a seating set.

In the landscaped courtyard, you have access to a portable barbecue and outdoor dining area within the gazebo.

Regarding parking, you can park your car next to the accommodation. Pets are not allowed.

Cleaning, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every fourth day.

I highly recommend this accommodation. The studio is new, beautiful, and clean. It contains everything you need. The hosts, Angelos and Maria, are wonderful people. In fact, Angelos speaks Serbian.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
